- Miriam (1/5): Un cero - Nada El apartamento estaba sucio y descuidado: mal olor al entrar, alfombra y superficies con restos, baños sucios y sin toallas de manos. No había agua caliente ni gas, así que no pudimos ducharnos ni cocinar el primer día. Además, la calefacción no funcionaba y pasamos frío, diciendonos que la habían arreglado. El alojamiento no ofreció una solución inmediata. En general, la estancia fue muy decepcionante y no se correspondió con lo prometido en el anuncio. Un vaso para 5 personas. Cazos y sartenes oxidados. Decepción de alojamiento.

- Ricardo (7/5): Good price and location - The place is well connected, lots of buses and metro to move. 25 min to Big Ben, 20 min to Victoria Station. If big enough for 5 people and overall we had a good communication with the host. The apartment has space to allocate 5 people, but it lack crockery for 5 people. E.g. we did not had enough glasses or chairs for all 5. If they invest a little bit in fix that, if very nice place to stay.

- Shafqat (9/5): Excellent, well communicated host and we enjoyed our stay here. - My family stayed here for six nights. We liked the place and highly recommend. In London temperature was exceptionally, it could be good to have fans in the apartment as it was difficult to sleep.

- András (7/5): Good - Location, clean bathroom, toilet and bed lining. EU plug adapters Worn down furniture and dishes, dirty walls and heating panels. Some windows were not able to close. Not enough plates and chairs for 5 people

- Stephanie (7/5): Great apartment for a family or group of five to explore London with minor flaws. - The apartment is in a great location to explore London. Several bus lines are available within a 2 minute walk. The subway is a 15 minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are in easy reach. The apartment works well for 5 people in regards to sleeping arrangements. Good appliances in the kitchen. Washing machine. There wasn't a fith chair for the table. This could be easily stached away in the kitchen until it is needed. There weren't enough glasses for 5 or plates of the same size as I would expect when I rent a place for 5 people. The apartment would profit from a little more attention to detail. There was also a small hiccup with the key code, it was resolved quickly.
- Ana (6/5): Good location but not properly equipped - Good location Comfortable beds Few kitchen utensils, we were 5 people and we only had 4 glasses and 4 forks. There was no hand towel either, only 1 shower towel per person and only 4 chairs. It was not properly equipped for 5 people.
- Carlos (7/5): Good - The flat was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels were clean. The apartment is close to bus stops that take you into the city centre in 15 minutes. We didn't know until the last minute whether the apartment would be ready and the host takes a long time to reply to messages. The flat was generally quite dirty and we had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean it. Also, the neighbourhood and the area is not very clean and does not seem to be very safe.

- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Close to the metro station(10 minutes), close to the bus station (2 minutes) and a couple of stores in the area. Everything was good and nice.
- David (7/5): Good - near by bus station and good proximity to city centre as well as close by shops we would recommend to improve the kitchen equipment, one of the windows in the main bed was not possible to close so in windy condition it was problematic
