- Cameron (1/5): Not great, would not recommend… - The location was all we really liked about this place. The balcony was absolutely filthy, we hired a rental car and told the company it would be parked in a private, covered car park and we weren’t even able to use it as the owners didn’t provide us with a key, we had to find a spare park down the road. The air conditioner didn’t work so the rooms were extremely hot, this led us to leaving the windows open but were woken up at 6:30am each morning from the trains. The dishwasher also didn’t work and had issues with the temperamental drier. Beds also super short and hard.
We tried to get a refund but the owners were nothing but inconvenient to deal with.
- E. (1/5): Worst short stay experience. Place is filthy, with cockroaches, and mouldy bathrooms. Avoid! - Location nearby to where our conference was. Close to train station and public transport. A small shopping centre nearby, and some restaurant/cafes options around. Unit was filthy, totally unhealthy: mould in bathrooms, cockroaches, rubbish that haven't been emptied out, a broken bed, stained bedsheets, dirty carpet.
Host refused to provide a refund, even though the unit is unliveable. AVOID at any cost.

- Evie (5/5): The place ia spacious and lovely with thoughtful details and great location. But the service ia 0 and the maintenance is - The location is gold, opposite to the train station — only if they weren’t on strike, right next door to a shopping centre with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment is also VERY spacious with lots of thoughtful details — chips & breakfast cereals for the kids, spare makeups, cute cushions and decorative mirrors etc. 1. At our arrival there was NOT any keys in the letterbox as indicated on the instruction. I rang the contact number and got told to go somewhere (10mins walk) by myself to pick up the keys. This was not informed before we arrived.
2. The key ring we picked up has NO car park remote on it. Again, we didn’t find that out until we drove to the underground parking and realised there is nothing we can press or tag to get in. The contact landline was not answered and there was no mobile we could ring. I had to send website message to get a response which didn’t help anyway——- we were told to find street parking till next day when they can get a spare remote from the body cooperate.
3. NO more follow up from the staff or spare remote turned up till 3 days later when we left. NO ONE even reply my website message.
4. Stove doesn’t work, dining room light can’t turn on, 2 bedroom windows leaked (one leaked really badly) through the storm we had one night.
I am trying my very best to be objective. Overall, The place is lovely with great location, but the service is 0 and the maintenance is lacking too.

The smells of linens
- Ebony (9/5): Superb - Location was optional, apartment was very neat and today. Beds comfortable. The air conditioner took a little while to kick in, wasn’t too warm during our stay but would’ve been more of a problem during summer.
- Tianyou (8/5): Suitable for family travel - The room is relatively spacious and the parking space is large The key collection is at a slightly distant location. There is a train station opposite the apartment and there will be noise.

- Eng (7/5): Mix and Hope to see upgrade in future - Very near to Rhodes station and surrounding facilities are very convenient. Unit is spaces and clean except the dust from Aircon ducting It would be good if sound proof of the unit can be improved by reducing Noisy from nearby construction site every day from early morning and sound from train running every minutes
Heater not working properly and hope to inform management to do proper
It would be good if some bed can be at least king size bed instead of queen side and quality of bed can be further improved
No wifi is a little of upset
- Jeff (8/5): Very good - The apartment was great, location very handy to trains and shops.
The owners were very accommodating when we had to change dates, much appreciated 👏. There was miscommunication regarding getting the key. We were told to enter a code to get the key out of the letterbox, when really the letterbox was unlocked and the key inside in a lock box. Also no instructions in the apartment regarding WiFi connection nor what to do with rubbish, laundry etc. And we were only told the night before leaving where to leave the key.

- Shing (7/5): Good - Very bad feeling in collecting key at the first day. Tge key collection point ,Esz Mart was closed and supporting information from the owner was unclear. It spent about 45 minutes in collecting the keys.
- Mahin (10/5): Comfortable and convenient place to stay - This is a great place because it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it is right next to a train station and a shopping centre. The parking space was very convenient. I love how the host went above and beyond with providing extra goodies such as muesli bars, tea, coffee, extra towels and lots of toiletries. The checkout was a bit inconvenient as there was confusion as to where the key should have been dropped off. There are dead zones with the Wi-Fi connection. This can be dealt with by putting Wi-Fi repeaters in each room.
- Joseph (10/5): Great quiet location. - Great location and close to Rhodes Train Station. Only received 1x set of keys.
