• EFFI (7/5): - Δεν είχε τηλεόραση, δεν είχε ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό ,κάψουλες για καφέ τέσσερις, ούτε τσάι ,κλεινοσκεπασματα ήταν τραγικά και χρειαστήκαμε δεύτερες κουβέρτες δεν υπήρχαν. Δεν μπορούσαμε να ανεβάσουμε την θέρμανση διότι ο θερμοστάτης είχε πρόβλημα …!

• Alessia (5/5): Non vale il prezzo richiesto. - Posizione centrale vicino a metro e fermata del tram. Il palazzo in cui si trova l’appartamento è molto vecchio. L’appartamento era freddo e alla nostra richiesta di accendere qualcosa per scaldarci ci è stato risposto che c’era già il termostato impostato su 19 gradi e non era possibile aumentare la temperatura (comunque non abbiamo capito cosa “riscaldasse” la casa visto che non vi erano termosifoni a vista e la casa è stata sempre molto fredda). L’appartamento inoltre era spoglio, non c’era nemmeno una tv in camera, mancavano coperte pesanti sul letto e i mobili in generale non erano nuovissimi. Il materasso e i cuscini del letto di qualità scadente. In zona è impossibile trovare posto per l’auto (sia gratuito che a pagamento).
• Alexandra (10/5): Excellent stay! - The apartment is in a great location — super close to public transport, the Navigli area, and only about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo. It looks a bit bigger in the pictures, but in reality it’s small and very cozy, with everything you need for a long weekend in Milan. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with very clear instructions. The host, Natalia, was amazing — extremely attentive and quick to reply to all my questions. She even arranged for me to check in early after my morning flight, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend! The apartment seemed bigger from the pictures

Alors les stationnements dans la rue sont réservés aux résidents; Il y a des emplacements payants à durée limitée; Les stationnements gratuits sont très éloignés de l'appartement; Il serait important de le signaler dans l'annonce. On a eu l'impression de s'être fait avoir

Apartamento bien equipado y muy limpio. Entorno silencioso. La anfitriona te atiende por whatsapp para cualquier duda. Muy recomendable

• quinn (7/5): - Great location, staff were very communicative and helpful. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. Being a loft style apartment the bed is up on a mezzanine so it’s a little annoying/awkward to go up and down the stairs.

• Beatriz Eiffel (9/5): Ideal!!! 💕 (Volveré!!!!!) - Me encantó porque está decorado simple pero con mucho gusto, además de ser cómodo. Tiene lo justo para estar allí cómodamente . Y la ubicación es ideal. Me faltó que tuviera microondas, al ser celíaca mi comida le ha hecho allí, y la tele pero la verdad que al final te haces a estar desconectado. Así que poco tiene malo o nada .

• Boyan (10/5): Superb rental. - The property was very clean and had an amazing floor plan. You also have all the amenities you would need for your stay. Close to a metro station and all other public transport. It’s located in a great neighborhood with lots of places to eat, drink and have an aperitivo.

There was plenty of hot water and all the facilities we could possibly need. Natalia was communicative throughout our stay and made the check in process a breeze with her straightforward instructions. Nothing, everything was great!

• Alison (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay. - The loft is a really stylish little appartment and clean and comfortable with everything you need. It's a half hour walk to the centre but only 5 mins to the metro and there's a supermarket and cafes close by. We didn't actually meet Natalia but she always answered messages quickly both before and during our stay and allowed us to drop our cases off early which was really helpful. The check out is also a bit later than most places which gave us extra time in Milan. All in all an excellent place to stay in Milan. We enjoyed the extra space and the use of the washing machine as we are on a long trip in Italy. Highly recommend.

• Rimante (8/5): Not bad - Small but you can find everything what could be needed for your trip. Especially if you would like to cook. Very nice owner. I was not in favour about the location, from Linate airport you need to take 3 trains, to Duomo 2 trains. You can walk as well to duomo it is not that bad but if I would could I would take more closer to Duomo.

Great washing machine and big fridge.Towels were fresh and smelt amazing, and nice thick toilet paper. Little things but much appreciated. Natalia was also very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you so much. Only thing was the stairs because we are older. But not really a problem.

I can recommend to friends. - Location is great, easy access to metro, tramway, bus. walking distance to many places. small&big markets are very close. restaurants and cafes are also accesible around the property. you can go everywhere on foot. The room was clean, and the host was very friendly, easy to communicate, answered all my questions very quickly. clean towels and bed sheets. The property was a little cold. We were there in the beginning of November, very rainy, the day tempature was 13 degrees outside. But it was not an issue related to the host. Local laws are limiting the tempature of the properties (max 19-20 degrees). The electricity went off when we used oven and hair dryer at the same time. We managed to solve the problem with the instruction of the host.

• Polina (9/5): Very good - Everything was wonderful. The owner is very hospitable, appartment is comfortable and well located. Hot water boiler capacity might be a bit bigger. Some times it was not enough for two people to take shower one after another.
• Tanya (9/5): Superb - Good location. Easy to go to the city centre while there are lots of good restaurants and wine bars nearby As it's on the top floor, it gets very hot early in the morning and makes it hard to sleep. The a/c is barely a solution because it'd be blowing right at the bed.

There was an air conditioner and a coffee machine which was great. Poor communication, the key wasn’t in the box when we arrived but it was sorted out later after some time The owner didn’t even apologise for keeping us waiting in the heat

The lack of warm water was a problem and The water pressure. There was warm water for 1 person and when you use hot water you could barely get The soap of your body.

It would have been so much easier if we would have gotten the information where to get the keys in advance. Also, the elevator smelled so bad we needed to use stairs for 5th floor.
