- Taro Nozawa (7/5): Super cheap for big family but there are reasons - Price was super low for the super large unit with 4 bedrooms. Location and view are nice. The overall experience wasn't bad. I shall come back if I stay with more than 5 adults, as I believe I can prepare myself well for the next stay. The key collection system didn't work well. I spent an hour to unlock the box which the battery was runout. Elevator is quite confusing and the instruction provided wasn't accurate. Room wasn't well maintained and toilet water was leaking. Cups were not washed from previous stay! But considering the peice, I don't complain.

- Pharez (1/5): I will never recommend this accomdatio. to anyone else in future. - Only the conveniency is good. House was in a bad condition. All broken furnitures. Heater was not working. Dirty kitchen. Paid an amount and can’t even stay in comfortably. Beds could feel the metal racks underneath when sleeping. All of us had body aches next day. Walls was dirty.

Yang tidak di sukai lampu toilet gelap, AC di salah satu kamar tidak dingin, tidak di sediakan tissue, kamar mandi di dalam kamar kecil selang toiletnya sudah bocor, untuk selebihnya sih ok..

- Sathiya (1/5): Unpleasant experience - NIL I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our recent stay at the property booked through Booking.com. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodation was extremely disappointing, unsafe, and unhygienic for my family. The apartment was very dusty upon arrival. The bedsheets were dusty, dirty, and uncomfortable to sleep on. Out of the 10 adults staying there, 6 suffered from severe dust mite allergies after sleeping on the beds. We experienced swollen eyes, hives on our hands and legs, constant sneezing, and eye irritation. The children were sneezing continuously as well, and our baby even developed a rash during the stay. The toilets were slippery and unsafe. There was mould in the sinks and toilets, and one of the toilet sinks was choked. One of the toilet doors could not be locked at all. There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the back of the kitchen. In addition, there was water leaking from the ceiling, which splashed directly onto the baby and my elderly parents. We were extremely worried for their health and safety as they are vulnerable individuals. The kitchen tap was also leaking continuously. The lift in the building was spoilt, causing major inconvenience for our large family, including elderly parents and young children. The sofa was broken and sunken in, making it unusable. Furthermore, the main door lock was faulty and we had to contact the management to come and repair it during our stay. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for my family. The condition of the accommodation did not meet standards of cleanliness or comfort. We believe the property was not fit for guests, especially families with children and elderly members. Due to the seriousness of these issues and the health impact on my family, we would like to request a full refund from Booking.com. We hope Booking.com will investigate this matter seriously and assist us with a fair resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.

- NAFUDDIN (5/5): Please make up the beds properly, change the bedsheet for every customer check in and change the bed frame. - Near to city and restaurants. The bed we got was broken. 2 beds were broken we try to sit at the edge of the bed, we fell. Luckily it was not our elderly parents. Towels are smelly. Not enough cups and plate for us, they only provide 2 plastic cup and 1 mug that cracked inside.

The unit comes with free wifi, also the shopping complex also have free wifi. Nothing much to complain, all is good. I did enjoy my stay, very comfortable, love the place, will come back again

The mattress really bad sleep body painful, for bathroom 🛁 spoil and can't use for stacking water,the floor oily, kitchen stuff dirty, balcony have are dust cigarette..during i stay lift also a lot problem sometimes took 30min to wait the lift..

- nicholas (4/5): Cheap stay amd great location. Other than that, good luck - Location was great. Ultra convenient. And the price for 7pax a night was a steal. The photos shown in advertised and the actual one was different. All the furniture was so old in the sense that sofa is damaged, the cupboards in the kitchen area was damaged, it actually fell off by itself while we're sleeping. Horrible staff experience. Ask some basic questions but went unanswered but can message you to tell you their requirements ???

But the link to mall only opens 10am to 10pm, so out of this window period, need to walk outside mall to get to accommodation. 4 bedroom was good for me as I brought my extended family - 3 out of 4 bedroom had ensuite toilet. Kids had fun in the Dino water theme park but it was very tough finding the place. Shower heater was not working so we showered with cold water.. sofa, bed was old , dusty, pretty cringe. Even the water kettle provided was not functioning, so we could not boil any water. Thankfully Aircon was cold enough. Was not given the passcode/check in instructions. Was very worried that we wouldn't be given access.
- Amar (9/5): Great location, smooth check-in, and good value for money. - The location was excellent, right in the city centre and very convenient for getting around. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean and tidy, the view was beautiful, and parking was convenient. The price was also reasonable for the stay. The payment process was a little confusing because I was charged in stages, which made me worry at first. It would be better if the payment breakdown and timing were explained more clearly to avoid confusion for guests.

- Isaac (3/5): Could be much better! - Superb location。easy check-in & check-out. entire apt was quite run-down. Every fixtures and funitures were aged or about to break/fall-off. Curtains were dusty and torn. TV console about to give way. Floor was sticky and oily.. Sofa was hard/flatten/torn/tattered. Kitchen cabinets were falling apart, utentils were not clean. One of the toilet heater was not functioning. Quite a pathetic apt to stay; enough for 1 night and not beyond if really has no place to stay.

- Sh.Rosnawati (8/5): Strategic location with good custoner service - The staff were very prompt in replying msgs. The location is superb, just above the KSL mall. The unit was clean and have the basic necessities such as iron,hangers,washing machine. But they do not have any cupboards at all. Overall, it is a good place to stay. Most important for me is that the customer service is available whenever i msg them Can be better. Like the iron board was burnt, it should be replaced. And it would be nice to put in cupboards so that we can use them to put our clothes.

The mattresses are not comfortable, bathrooms doors are with molds, lights are dim, cleanliness is not ip to expectation at all As mentioned above. Forgot to mention the one of the bathroom glass doors clip was off. The safety of the bathroom users are in risk!

If u are looking for a place to stay with a bunch of friend and are trying to save money on accommodation, then u might want to consider this place. But if u are looking for a place to relax and unwind, u might want to reconsider. No doubt it offer a lot of bed/sleeping space, but it is just not for me and my family as we are the type of family who likes to enjoy the place we stay when we travel and not using the accommodation as a place to only sleep. I should have carefully read the review by others before making the booking as i would agree on their reviews. However i am lucky enough (i guess) to not find any cockroaches on the bed and my kids didn't get any rashes sleeping on the bed like what was mentioned in one of the review. I guess u need to read previous reviews as i find it quite accurate in describing the place. I think it's about time the owner invest in spring clean and refurbishing the house.

Cigarette butts found in the balcony, when the room indicated strictly no smoking. The water heater in the master toilet is not working. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not working. Cockroaches found in the living area. The floor was sticky, and not properly moped prior to our check-in.
- Joshua (5/5): Good space but not much else - The apartment met its basic requirement, which is that we needed a space large enough for 7 adults and 2 kids with sufficient beds for everybody. So 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each room was great for us. We also had great views from the 30th floor, and there was a lot of space in the common areas too. The location is convenient being at KSL so if you aren't driving, actually it's a great location. The apartment is pretty old and not the cleanest. Furniture is minimal. Also, the apartment is served by a private lift which also serves all the other floors until level 38, so we spent an eternity waiting for the lift both up and down. Wifi also didn't manage to reach the furthest bedroom that well so those of us who took that room had to use mobile data. On the second last day, the washing machine broke down while we were using it, so we subsequently had to hand wash our clothes and rush the drying before we had to leave. Lastly, they only had a kettle and not a water dispenser so take note if that's something you need.

- Md (4/5): It’s time to Reno the house unit. - Location great for family. I have been to this location before. Other rooms unit is nice and clean. Kitchen Cabinet all worn down, even the sofa is in bad condition. Tv console also broken. Toilet very dirty especially the toilet got bathtub. Maybe it’s time the owner needs to Reno back the house.

- Kim Hoo (7/5): Great but not so great. - Really centrally located right above a popular shopping complex. Food choices all around the area without having to venture too far. The unit was near a central bin and when the door to the bin is left opened by thoughtless tenants the whole corridor leading to the apartment stinks. Although the unit has some utensils and a stove. There was no kettle for hot water, no I've trays for ice cubes. The bedding seems a bit stale.

With the amount you are paying for the apartment might as well spend it on hotel room. Major regret Cleanliness is a major issue! There’s stains, mould and cockroach infested. No kidding, pls dont go through the horror. the picture posted on booking.com definitely not recent,the apartment is really dirty. Theres trash when i came in.
