• aiello (8/5): - Housekeeper everyday but not cleaned up to standards for someone there to clean everyday. Owner was on the complaint and traveled through to make sure it was getting cleaned . TVs are awesome everything u need to watch is there Many times door front and back doors unlock amd found front door half way so suggested a door that locked after coming in lost have that now . Imthat woukd make it a 10

• Karla (7/5): Overall, it worked well for me once I understood the setup. Inexpensive and very clean. - Great price and very clean. When I got to the location, I had to call to learn how to get into the building, which involved a key in a coded box at the back door. Once I knew what to do, it wasn't hard, but it wasn't easy getting straight exactly how to proceed. Also, not a fan of having to carry around a list of long codes to punch in for both front door and room (not great after dark or returning from bathroom). Finally, a light just outside and above my window meant the room was light all night even with blinds closed. Strange place to put a light--away from 2nd-floor windows would make more sense for safety lighting between buildings.

• Lorna (6/5): The house is beautiful inside/out, and within walking distance of VIA Rail and the Bus terminal. - It was nice to have coffee and tea available, and a fridge available for us. Nice kitchen and living room. It would be nice to have a grab bar in the shower and a bath mat in the bathtub/shower, for safety. Also a railing on the stairway to upstairs would be helpful. Might be nice to have posted 'quiet hours.' Would be nice to have the instructions and codes emailed to us a couple days ahead, instead of needing to track down this information on the day of.

• Abigail (1/5): Nice House. Terrible Host & Experience. Don'd do it. - They never sent check in information. After contacting booking. I finally got it, but it was the wrong information. I asked them for the correct code. I sent proof it wasn't working. The owner showed up and was totally unprofessional. I had been waiting 2 hours at this point and he aggressively approached my car and sarcastically asked me if I would need help opening to the door too. He raised his voice at me several times. It was honestly truly the worst customer service I've ever had. He gave zero cares that he kept me waiting 2 hours. I actually felt so threatened, and he was so irate that I took video to show Booking. It was late, and I was a female alone. He did this, and then left me with nowhere to sleep. Ethics are not a thing here.

Les vis sont très mal fixées au sol et il en manque !! A éviter avec des enfants !!

The master room i stayed in felt like my place very clean and nice. great shower and bed. Even if you get one of the smaller rooms the beds are still comfy. I tested it so to say...Also the price you pay is very fair. good location close to downtown food and everything nearby. nothing
• Claudia (9/5): Wir hatten das schöne Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Wir würden wieder kommen. Absolut zum Empfe - Das Haus wurde super schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Bis zum Grenzübergang per Auto zur Brücke oder Tunnel ist sehr nah. Zu Fuß zum River ebenfalls nah. Parken kann man entweder hinten im Hof, an einer Seitenstraße oder auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz, jeweils kostenlos. Wenn ihr am Tag der Ankunft keine email erhalten habt, kontaktiert den Vermieter, er meldet sich gleich. Im Moment funktioniert es mit der email von booking nicht immer.

• Vojtěch (9/5): Would stay again - but check-in was a bit confusing - Clean, spacious living room, nice kitchen, convenient location. Would stay again. The check-in instructions were quite confusing. For some reason, I didn't receive them automatically and had to ask for them at the last moment. (The non-confusing version is: It is self check-in. You receive instructions on how to enter the house. And then each room opens with its own 6-digit code.)
• Terrica (5/5): The stay would be worth the price if it was cleaner. Overall I give it a 6/10 for the price. - The bedroom looked exactly like the photos online and it had plenty of lights inside the room. The bed was okay and I felt safe knowing there were locks for the door. The property wasn’t clean outside of the bedroom. I heard loud talking and music late at night, which made it hard to get any sleep. The room itself looked like the pictures and was definitely cleaner than the rest of the house, but I didn’t like that the curtains only covered half the window. If you stay here, bring your own towels, washcloths, soap, and anything else you’d normally use at home—including shower shoes. The shower wasn’t clean, and the toilet was clogged when I arrived and again before I left. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I also don’t like staying in places that aren’t clean—so I just want to inform the next guest. If the place was cleaner nothing else would’ve mattered to me so hopefully they are able to fix that.
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional value at a lovely well cared for house. - The house was so lovely, clean, & well organized. Instructions from the host were easy to follow to get inside and connect to Wifi. Being so close to the Windsor tunnel was a bonus for my friend and I being able to hop over to Detroit for the day. I recommned staying here as a solo traveller or as a group of friends. The coffee table books being just props was a shame, better to not have anything than fake books.

Very satisfied with the size of the room, spacious walk-in closet, comfy king size bed and clean bathroom. Parking is available at the back of the property, not easy to do reverse parking in that narrow alley if you drive a pick up truck and are the last one parking.
