• Jennifer (5/5): Kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Die Stadt war fussläufig zu erreichen Es gab keinen Parkplatz für ein Auto. Obwohl genug in der Tiefgarage frei waren. Bei der Reservierung auf meine Frage wie ich in die Tiefgarage komme wurde gesagt ich muss erst die Kaution zahlen dann bekommen ich alle Anweisungen. Als ich bezahlt hatte, gab es keinen Parkplatz! Das war nicht ehrlich, Hauptsache vermietet! Die Lautstärke war extrem durch den Verkehr. Und die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Wofür bezahlt man 150$ endreinigung? Der Wasserkocher war schwarz von innen und die küchenabzugshaube war pekig. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen und auch nicht nochmal buchen. Für den Preis hätte man auch schon ein Hotel nehmen können.

• Jasmyne (5/5): It was ok. The place is nice enough. Just needs attention to a few things - It was in a good location. The place wasn’t very clean. The dishes were not clean. The blinds in the bathroom were very dirty.

Good location on Mounts Bay road, close to the CBD and Kings Park. Nice complex with off street parking and access. Everything as described, would stay again. Nothing really. Only improvement would be an extractor fan in the bathroom.

• Eimear (8/5): Central and comfy - Very central, secure parking. Well fitted apartment that had most things. Washer and dryer too which was useful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym/ pool and tennis court which was handy We had a long stay but only got 2 rolls of toilet paper, the dishwasher wasn’t good we just hand washed. The freezer didn’t work, either full of ice or melted and leaked in fridge

• Andrea (7/5): Good value for money apartment with great facilities in a handy spot on the edge of the city. - Great location and facilities. Nice to have a car park included! Apartment was a good size and little things like coffee pods, dishwasher tablets and washing liquid were a nice touch. Things are probably just getting a bit old - dishwasher doesn’t clean all that well, washing machine left clothes covered in lint, everting on top shelf of fridge (which was mini for a long term stay) iced up.

• Amanda (7/5): It was ok. - Warm, comfortable, good size. Washing machine useful. Dishwasher was not at all good - had to rewash dishes. Tea and coffee supplies were minimal. Would be good to have guide as to restaurants/supermarkets etc. in the area. Maybe a washcloth included in the linen.

Hair shampoo and conditioner were a bonus as was the tea and coffee and laundry detergent to name a few. To say it exceeded expectations is an understatement. It is beautifully laid out and the large bed is very comfortable. Nothing to dislike.
