• Paolo (6/5): - Friendly staff we asked for more pillows and towels as we booked four nights and were given two pillows that cannot really be considered pillows and only one shampoo and one body wash and only two capsules of coffee we were two people and for four nights we expected not the one night treatment. They did offer a bottle of prosecco that was a nice touch but please replace the sofa bed with a proper bed and mattress. The sofa bed needs to be replaced with a proper bed as guests deserve to sleep on a proper mattress in the accomodation field. The tv was unplugged with no service even if we tried to figure it out it was not working as it should.

• John (1/5): Hot and bad - Good location but horrible in summer. No air conditioning and only one fan and up on the 4th floor. Bed is just a pullout couch and very uncomfortable. The whole apartment is just one normal sized apartment that has been split up so it’s a tiny living room tiny kitchen and half a bathroom in a small space. The lack of facilities like not a normal bed and no aircon made it impossible to sleep would not recommend. Not a proper bed No air conditioning Only one fan High up so it’s very hot Apartment layout was weird and not normal
