Pia (5/5): Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis nicht angemessen - Die Lage war gut. Der Kinderspielplatz und das Schwimmbad waren sehr schön und gepflegt Insgesamt müsste die Wohnung mal renoviert werden. Die Bäder waren recht alt. Zum duschen gab es nur eine Badewanne. In dieser konnte man kaum stehen, da man auf der Schrägen und auf dem Stöpsel stehen musste. Die Möbel waren teilweise recht alt und wackelig. Der Esstisch war ein Klapptisch, an dem es nicht möglich war ohne Tischbeine zwischen den Beinen zu sitzen. Die Stühle waren dreckig und abgestoßen. Die Sauberkeit war bestenfalls mittelmäßig. Der Herd war bei Ankunft fettig und schmierig. Die Ameisenstrasse mitten durch Wohnzimmer und Küche dürfte auch nicht erst seit unserer Ankunft da gewesen sein. Die Außenanlagen müssten mal von Unkraut befreit werden. Insgesamt ist der Preis einfach nicht angemessen.
