• ricardo (6/5): - near coffee shops The room is located on 3 or 4 floor and with no elevator. Not recommended for those traveling with luggages. Building is being repaired and stairs are very dangerous.
• Adrian (8/5): - The apartment itself was fair enough, nice and clean. The access to it going to the second floor in the very old building, dirty and creepy stairs did give as the feeling never go back again. The access to the apartment

• Tony (6/5): Disappointed - The elevator doesn’t work (always off). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so it was hard for us to carry on our luggages. The wifi signal is not good and specifically at night.
• Ferrara (5/5): Un quadro di lontananza - La posizione, la dimensione della casa e i bagni La casa non era molto pulita. Non c'era nulla per gli ospiti (caffè, the, acqua...). Il letto di una delle camere era completamente distrutto (mancano delle doghe) e le tende avevano tutti i ganci rotti, per poter dormire al buio ho dovuto sostituirli. Il palazzo è fatiscente
• Harinder (4/5): Good, but don't cheat that there is no Lift, left is there it's not working, but please mention whether the lift - Absolutely clean, well furnished, comfortable The worst part was that you had to carry your luggage, three floors up without lift and being senior citizens. Anybody could have had a heart attack. It does not mention that there is no lift to the Apartment with the mezzanine floor, first floor and down to 2nd floor, be carried four into 23 KG suitcases and the hand baggages. It was a nightmare. I never stay in this flat.

• Durga (8/5): Very good - Liked the location, apartment interiors. Only thing is they don't have a lift available so it's difficult to carry the luggage and take our things using staircase. But the rooms are very good and spacious. If the lift is there , for sure this will be so much advantage.
• Aviad (6/5): not for a family. skip it - location is good . you can hear the traffic all the time as the windows are on the main road. you hear people talking loud, cars motorcycles and trucks. they have 2 coffee machines but without pods so it is worth noting. sofa in the living room was a bit smelly so it was unpliant to use and to sleep. no remote controls for air-conditions. no elevator in the building the host is kind of a management company and not a person so i t gives the impression they care less.

• Panagiotis (10/5): Would 100% recommend - everything was refurbished and brand new. Very clean. Good aesthetics. There were no mirrors except the bathroom which was a small minus. But apart from that, it was lovely and good value for money.

• Seema (9/5): Very comfortable stay at your apartment. Clean and spacious, with lots of room for our family of 4, the 2 bathroom mea - It was clean and well kempt, spacious and comfortable. Bit noisy at night, traffic due to its location, no working lift but managed to climb the stairs each time.
• Stefano (10/5): Good option! - Really nice apartment! It was close to everything! There are plenty of cafes an restaurants. Metro station was around 5 minutes walk. Also, the apartment was really comfortable and clean! The fact that there are 2 full bathrooms was important too! We suggest it for groups!

• Kyung (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is so spacious and clean! Air-conditioning worked great, bathrooms are also very shiny and new. Everything was ready- refrigerator, cooking equipment etc. There are great pastry shops around- which is a huge plus! It was the first time I should "self check-in" with a lock box, it worked without any problem. Instruction was clear enough.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was clean and well presented throughout. Communication was very clear and we're able to help when we had a minor issue collecting the key, caused by us. Once inside, a large living space, with two bedrooms and a bathroom opening off it, working air-conditioning and a TV. Very good.
• David (7/5): Intriguing Option for Athens Stay - Apartment is nicely renovated in older building. Plenty of space for a family. Neighborhood has many coffee shops, snack bars, etc. A few minutes walk to grocery stores, which open at 8am. Felt safe even late at night. Property management is responsive. Air conditioning was plenty to overcome heat wave. PROPERTY IS NOT CLOSE TO METRO, DESPITE MISLEADING NAME. No microwave in kitchen. Lock box requires a bit of manipulation, even with the correct code. Property requires walking up many stairs (3 levels up from ground.) Stairway is not well-lit.
• Robert (9/5): Superb - It's a nice, big apartment that is very clean and comfortable. The location is good, and the host is very responsive and was nice to accommodate us with an extra hour late checkout. This apartment would merit a "10" except for one big detail and one small detail. The big detail is that it's on the third floor and you have to walk up 55 steps to get to the apartment since the elevator doesn't work (which was very difficult for us since we had a lot of luggage). The small detail is that the shower is a bit small with no shelf to put shampoo or soap and it's hard to keep the bathroom floor dry after a shower.
