- James (5/5): Passable - None of the TV channels worked. The key fob stopped working, I messaged about it and was told they would replace it the next day. I asked if they were leaving it in the apartment. That message went unanswered until I messaged again and then there was no response to the message I sent. Very inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to get the concierge to unlock the lift because my key fob didn’t work. Not good enough for the price.

- Leah (8/5): Dispite the bathroom, overall my stay here was truly nice. - I enjoy the amenities, the decor was nice and the view was beautiful, but where the “FREESPA” The bathroom walls and curtains weren’t clean. I was extremely disappointed about that

Our host was very unprofessional he seem annoyed every time we asked questions about why the “free spa” was close for a month after it clearly said in the add it was available . After we got in contact with Dan through his personal phone number (the property owner) We were promised a refund on the cleaning fee for the inconvenience which was only $80 but we never got one . $800 for 2 nights without the spa honestly was not worth it for us . We will Not stay here in the future again .
- Anes (5/5): I wouldn’t recommend if you’re traveling as couple. - The location was good. Nice view Bed itchy and floor was sticky. I felt like they didn’t change the bedsheets. It smelled horrible. Towels were very old. Not luxurious at all. No shampoo Noo bathing no hairdryer.

- Dianna (10/5): Wonderful stay in Downtown Miami with sensational view. - The apartment was wonderful. The view was sensational. Parking situation was rough. It was either $40+ for valet or street parking which was $3+ per hour.
