• dpzhang (7/5): - Close to the T1 station to center The shower water temperature was extremely difficult to control and constantly switched between too cold and too hot, which made showering uncomfortable. Another issue was the staircase leading to the loft bedroom. The stairs felt unstable and produced noticeable creaking and shaking noises every time someone walked up or down.

Sur la description, il me semble que la terrasse n'est pas noté comme une terasse privé, dommage. Une table basse au niveau du canapé serait un +

• Bénédicte (8/5): - Appartement ds la même rue que là où habite un de nos enfants à Florence pour le semestre. Pièce principale très agréable, claire, où nous pouvions prendre des repas avec lui sans problème, car table et chaises pour 6. Très contents de notre séjour.

• Fernando (5/5): Soggiorno comodo, ma senza plus - Ottimo per due persone, spazi ampi, disponibilità, efficienza e tempestività dei gestori. Ottimo l'omaggio del vino. Pessima la comunicazione preventiva della gestione del terrazzo. La scelta dell'immobile è stata fatta esclusivamente per la presenza del terrazzo (bellissimo!) che, però, è fruibile solo dalle 8 alle 20:00, per cui, nel nostro caso, è stato inutilizzato, perché durante il giorno siamo stati in giro per Firenze e non, ovviamente, in casa!!!!! Inoltre andrebbe ben evidenziato che l'immobile è senza ascensore. Il soppalco, dove è posizionato il letto, è privo di bagno per cui se insorge un bisogno notturno occorre fare le scale.
• jack (10/5): - L appartement était super meme si un peu excentré il y a des bus mais à Florence tout se fait à pieds, on est à 2.5kms du Dome et le trajet le long de l 'Arno est tres agreable. Le quartier est calme, l' appartement aussi, on y dort bien. Jolie terrasse dont on n'en a pas beaucoup profité, trop de choses à voir. L'accueil, tout par téléphone ou internet mais pas de probleme
• Lina (9/5): - Sehr geräumige Wohnung relativ zentral in Florenz (ca. 15 min zu Fuß zur Innenstadt) - Das Bett war sehr bequem - Die Dusche und das Badezimmer waren sehr groß - Das Einchecken mit Code und den ganzen Schlüsseln war unkompliziert und lustig (wie bei einem Escape Room 😂) - sehr ruhige Gegend - Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür sehr begrenzt und laut Bewertungen gefährlich da Scheiben aufgebrochen werden. Wir haben daher am Flughafen geparkt und waren nicht mobil - Dachterasse ab 20 Uhr verboten (steht nicht hier bei booking, Info kam ein Tag vor Anreise) - Müll muss selbst entsorgt werden, dafür braucht man einen QR Code den wir nicht hatten.

• Emanuele (10/5): Un soggiorno memorabile - L'appartamento era molto pulito e confortevole. Ottima posizione strategica. In particolare ci ha affascinato la terrazza con vista sull'Arno e su Firenze. Era presente una doccia sensoriale accanto al letto...🤫😜

• Joanna (10/5): Bardzo fajne mieszkanie we Florencji - W mieszkaniu czekała na nas schłodzona w lodówce butelka wody oraz wino - prezent od gospodarza. Był to bardzo miły gest. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone - miało pralkę, toster, wyciskarkę do soku. Niezwykłym przeżyciem było korzystanie z prysznica i chromo terapii :) Właściciel był pomocny i odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania. Dostaliśmy nie tylko dokładną instrukcję obsługi wszelkich domowych sprzętów, ale również listę polecanych restauracji, czy lodziarni. Bardzo miło nam się tam mieszkało. Polecam to miejsce!

Location was a bit far from the center, and public transit in Florence is not great. But this is a great spot in a non-touristy part of the city, so we were very happy overall.

Kitchen fully equipped, to small details like coffee capsules and detergent for washing machine and dishes washing machine.quiet place with good connection to city center by train. Amazing terrace! The upper doors in the kitchen do not have door closer which makes it very difficult-to take plates and keep door at the same time. No mosquito net (anti mosquito raptor) but still not enough
