• Lucia (8/5): Great location, great apartment - The location and the apartment itself was great, spacious and well equipped. The biggest minus was a misunderstanding regarding towels. In booking it says they are available for a fee so we did not know whether we are allowed to use them for free. The response came upon my 2nd time asking when there was no response to my initial question. Unfortunately, the response came after more than 24 hours so we did not have the chance to use them - and this made the stay for us a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, really to recommend, we just had bad luck I guess.

• Agata (8/5): Okish apartment in good location - Location was good and apartament is new and modern. Very noisy apartment, lots of construction sides around. Also beds and pillows are not the ones most comfortable.
• Gabriel (7/5): Good - location was great, close to shops bars bus station. apartament is big, there is a kitchen with all you need for a quick bite/cook. the floor was not really clean. my socks got dirty after a few steps

• Collazo (10/5): Exceptional - Aside from the great location and the Friendly Staff, The Communication and the thoughtfulness received by our Host has been absolutely tremendous and will surely be one of the reason why this will be our very first choice of stay when we return to Miami Florida. Unfortunately, I didn't like the late 4:00 pm check-in. Our Flight from Philadelphia landed in Florida at 8:30, we arrived at the Condominium by 9:00 a, leaving us without a place to stay for the next 7 hours. Although, for a fee, we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready. I will say though, if an early check-in is available, You will be notified by the your Host.
• Collazo (10/5): The initial stay was tremendous, but the 4:00 pm Check-In process is left to be desired. - The online communication was absolutely tremendous. Any questions that I asked were quickly answered. I cannot tell you the importance of communication, especially involving an overnight stay in another city. I cannot be more appreciative on the online communication. The only thing I didn't like was the 4:00 pm check-in. Our plane arrived in Florida at 8:30am, so the fact that I had to pay an additional fee of $30+ plus dollars to have the same Condominium that I've booked a reservations in to simply hold my luggage, leaving my wife and I to walk the streets for the next 7 hours until our room was ready was a huge inconvenience and hassle. If I can be totally honest, those two factors will wave heavily on our decision on a future return.

• Eliane (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect, less then 5 mins walk from bayside where you can find a bit of everything and where all the tours starts from. Although everything was perfect with the apartment and location. What we weren't impressed was the pool and jacuzzi, the water from both were pretty dirty when we were there also the pool is quite small and gets very crowded at times. And children kept jumping into the pool and splashing everyone.
• Linda (9/5): We loved staying here and will definitely keep this location on our radar for a return trip to this area. - The location was perfect for what we wanted. We were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go, restaurants, shopping, etc. To say there was something we didn’t like about the property, there really isn’t anything. However there were only 2 towels when we arrived and were told since this was a personal rental the staff couldn’t get us anything. We did go down to the pool and were able to get extra towels there. Just needed to make sure to return them to the pool before we left. Just one thing in the description, it says there’s a microwave but there isn’t one. Just an FYI if there are any leftovers you’re expecting to heat up for a late night snack.
• Josue (10/5): Wonderful Miami experience - Great location, close to great restaurants and the port for cruising which is why I stayed there. The owner was very professional, polite and friendly. The unit is modern and clean. Traveled with my wife and two young kids and we enjoyed it. It’s definitely not a deal breaker but I wish there was some kind of combo deal for parking. Outside of that it was excellent.

• Castle (5/5): It was a good place to stay. Close to our venue but no hotel service. Needed xtra bed linens 🫤🫤🫤 - It could have had bed linens for the second bed and a microwave.
• Daniil (1/5): Be aware it is NOT a BRAND NEW accommodation - Let me start from the beginning. Firstly, the apartment is located within a hotel where black SUVs frequented by ‘fancy girls’ are constantly coming and going. Across the street, there’s a weed shop, identifiable by its distinctive smell, which can guide you back to the hotel after exploring the city. Adjacent to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven where individuals often exhibit loud and erratic behavior—screaming, urinating, and sleeping in the vicinity. Inside the apartment, amenities are lacking, including no microwave, a partially closed door with broken handles, and a bed advertised for two people but suitable for only one due to its weakness and persistent squeaking. Additionally, the safe box doesn’t work reliably, so exercise caution if you have valuable items with you. Lastly, if you accidentally leave something behind, don’t expect to recover it. The person renting the space showed no interest in assisting with any issues encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, we left some highly valuable items in the apartment, but our attempts to recover lost belongings were met with indifference from the property owner, with a simple response, ‘I’m sorry, but what’s gone is gone.’ About the location, despite being downtown, it is close to concert venues, and it can get loud when events are taking place.

• Genece (10/5): Perfect Miami Getaway - Took a quick trip to Miami for a Heat basketball game. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, comfortable bed, and overall exceptional stay. Within walking distance to so many fun and interesting attractions! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place. Loved our time there! No complaints at all! One more thing, the shampoo and conditioner was amazing there and made my hair so easily manageable. I’d love to know which brand just to make purchase myself. Thank you again for such a wonderful place to stay.

The Airbnb was the perfect size for us 2 and it exceeded our expectations. The owner was very friendly as well, at our disposition at all times and they were happy to help resolve any issue we might’ve had or just do anything to make our experience better, overall really happy with my stay :) There is nothing I would say I didn’t like about this property
• Tina (10/5): Very relaxing and high enough up for street noise to not be a problem. - This is the first time I had stayed in an apartment. The location was superb as it was across the road from the free to use Metromover. And a short walk to the Bayfront park. The apartment had everything you would need to cook, eat and relax. I also liked the App that was used to open doors and use the lift. Could have done with a washing machine and drier.

We booked very last minute and were able to delay by the pool whilst waiting for the place to be cleaned. Property was very comfortable and clean and had all the facilities required for a good stay. Liked the proximity to shops around top. Nothing - really liked it. Ok lifts were a bit tricky. Or maybe I’m old.

• Jozefina (10/5): very nice apartment, good location, would love to come back - The apartment is located in the same building of the Yotel Hotel (with its own reception desk, right door next to the Yotel Hotel). The location on the 17th floor is great - you have a wonderful view and even the ability to open a balcony door and step outside (it's not a real balcony though). The apartment corresponds to the photos: it is nicely decorated and very clean. It's great that you can use all the amenities (pool, gym, restaurant of the hotel). The host is easy to reach via booking chat and very friendly/helpful. Entry into the room is digital via an access code. To do this, you must download the StayMyWay app in advance. But it works great and the friendly reception staff explain it again on site.
• Bingorose (10/5): Perfectly located at a walking distance to downtown, park and Bayside - There is a front desk 7/7 H24 so no problem to get in. Walking distance from Bayfront Park and Bayside. The 1st street metromover station is on the sidewalk opposite, right in front of the building. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 12th floor are great : perfect temperature, beautiful decoration with plants, long chairs, bar and they provide towels too ! The location is new and very well secured, clean, modern. The area is safe. There is a CVS pharmacy and Ross Dress for less, and 7-eleven very close to the building. The appartment has everything you need, the oven is also a microwave and I very much apprecietad that the freezer provides ice cubes endlessly. This was over my expectations ! The mattress of the bed was a little too stiff for me but that depends on each person. I like it a little softer. I could live there the way it is ! Just bring your suitcase ! Nothing except that you have to have a phone with battery because the only way to get in the building and appartment works with an application on the phone. I would suggest the owner to verify the pressure of the shower which was too low, and add a little dim light in the bedroom because it was kind of too bright when I just needed to watch television in the late evening. But that is a detail compared to the high quality of the appartment and equipments.

• Stephen (10/5): Awesome Apartment in Miami. - Great value for money. Nice apartment with excellent conveniences. Comfortable bed. Wide shower. Strong WiFi. Awesome view of Miami. Everything was easily accessible by taxi. This is a good base for exploring Miami. Check-in was a bit complicated.
