• Tina (5/5): It was OK - Excellent location. Quite a groovy beach pad. Nicely decorated Access to apartment somewhat convuluted. Internal garage door did not operate. in fact appeared to be broken. Some surfaces especially doors around handles and door frames ( in toilet ) decidedly grubby. Sliding door to balcony incredibly hard to slide open.

• Katharine (5/5): - Good location. Amazing view The room was very dusty, did not feel clean yet had a very strong perfume upon arrival. The bathroom was terrible. No blankets on the bed and the ones in the cupboard looked dirty. Need a key for every door to get into the complex and each time the key got stuck. Could really use some wd40 on all doors. In desperate need of maintenance.

• Lisa (7/5): Great apartment so long as you don’t need wifi - Extremely well located and comfortable apartment No wifi was a major hassle as it was not a leisure trip and necessitated spending money on a wifi dongle. When i enquired i was told it was in the description but in looking retrospectively it was only in the long list of features, not in the main body. My fault for not reading through earlier but think it would be more honest to state upfront

• Amybell (10/5): Great seaside break - The unit was absolutely lovely. The view is amazing. Close to everything, you can walk to Mooloolaba to more cafes and restaurants. It isn't noisy.

• Judy (9/5): Excellent location , neat updated apartment, fresh and clean. Well equipped - This is a simple but very functional appartment. Everything is updated, Fresh and clean. The location is 10 out of 10 across from the beach. Of course it’s not a resort but we preferred it to some of the 4-5 star places we have stayed. The C surf club and local cafes etc at the front door of the property. The management were exceptional. Even sent photos of the location of the lock box and the driveway etc. they answered any questions with in minutes. we would highly recommend it and return again. The second bedroom has a double bed which could be uncomfortable if 2 couples were staying. Not sure if that is mentioned in the ad.

• Shelley (7/5): We did have a great two days - I didn't like that the gate key wasn't in the lock box with the door key. Had to go upstairs to get the gate key then up again with our luggage. Leaving was worse having to do it all in reverse

• Stephanie (9/5): Fantastic location and lovely older style unit and well-priced to what is available in the area - There was a great cafe directly below the unit and the Surf club across the street was a good place for a meal The beds were a little hard and the couch in the lounge needs to be upgraded
• Robert (1/5): Atrocious because of the noise and lack of pool facilities - The apartment and location was great the pool was unavailable and the noise of the workers upgrading the pool area was ear shattering. It drove me out of the apartment for each entire day I was staying there
• Ian (8/5): A good, clean apartment in a great location to explore the Sunshine Coast. - Great location and view. We enjoyed the walks in both directions along the seafront. The ability to wake up to a glorious sunrise each morning was special. The proximity to the surf club over the road and nearby cafes were a bonus. The only downside was the refurbishment work on the downstairs units, pool and entertainment decks. If it was not for this the stay would have been a 10/10. We would be happy to recommend the apartment once this work is completed.
• Michelle (8/5): Location! Views! Comfort! - Excellent location! Safe surf beach for body & board surfing directly across the road; cafes, Surf Club, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Fabulous views! From property balcony watch board riders on the waves and ships far out to sea; watch skateboard & scooter riders on the skate park. Comfortable apartment - well set up with fun 'Beach Vibe' decor!
• Pamela (3/5): We requested moving & acceieved this with satisfaction - Very cute little apartment. Access ( particularly if you have a car) was very stressful. Garages are not numbered and required room access before getting Largs key. Lifts & alleyways were filthy.

Everything you could want from a holiday home was provided and enjoyed. We felt really at home, but better! The common areas of the property (foyer, lift etc) could be a little better maintained. There was also a smell from the bathroom plumbing that may need addressing.
• Suzanne (7/5): Good - The location was fantastic and the view lovely. The balcony was a great place to hang out, the kitchen nd bathrooms were well stocked. The management were very helpful when asked for assistance. There was no internet, and while that was my fault for not checking, doesn't EVERY facility now have internet? The entrance hall was wet and leaking all the time and full of leaves and debris. The "game room" in the lobby was a junkyard of discarded furniture and the aircon in the first bedroom leaked water - quite a lot.
• Kara (9/5): Elegant and comfortable apartment in a great location. - The location is fantastic, the view was beautiful and relaxing. The apartment is comfortable and nicely style. Quite well equipped with everything you need and plenty of towels. The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms needs a little maintenance

• Sheps (9/5): Superb - Great location and view. Wide choice of dining within walking distance. Beach just across the road. There was under cover parking available but we did not have access to it.
• Claire (9/5): Superb - The apartment was ideal for our little family of 4 and the location perfect…everything we needed to keep the kids entertained (beach, skate park…repeat) was on the doorstep.
