• CML (5/5): Expected more for our room category - Four nights in a junior suite with a terrace. The hotel’s services include a free shuttle to Taksim Square. We had plenty of space. • Living area • A large bed with two nightstands • A walk-in closet • Plenty of electrical outlets. The bathroom was entirely made of granite. It had two sinks, a shower, and a toilet, each separated by a door. The decor was a mix of modern furniture and simple standard wood. There was a minibar, which was chargeable. The hotel provided only two 0.33-liter bottles of water. On the first day, we had two face towels and two samples each of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The next day, our room was cleaned, but neither the shower gel nor the water bottles were restocked. ☹️ We didn’t use the walk-in closet because it smelled unpleasant. The woman at the front desk—I’m afraid I don’t know her name, but she wore glasses—was quite rude on the phone. When we had a problem in the room, she was very unfriendly. Communication on-site was quite difficult. They weren’t well-equipped to handle English, the world’s most widely spoken language. Breakfast was the same every day. There were no classic Turkish breads like simit. Conclusion: We would have expected a bit more for our room category.

• Asim Laeeq (10/5): - It was an excellent stay. Really exceeding the expectations. The add-ons were perfect. That is, gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Perfect in this price after a full day of sightseeing. To go to Taksim they have shuttle that is always there outside waiting. To come back it's a ten minute downhill walk. Staff was always welcoming and smiling. The shuttle guy (forgot the name) was so so so kind. Don't think twice for booking it. Everything was perfect. I'll come hundred times to stay here

• Abdullah (1/5): Worst hotel in Istanbul - Nothing This is a translation into English: “This is the worst place you can be received at. The reception staff are all unhelpful. I advise being careful when giving your clothes to the laundry service. I gave them my clothes for washing and they came back torn. I contacted management and everyone tried to make it seem like I was the one at fault. Unfortunately, there is a no-smoking policy, which is good, but sadly the staff smoke in the rooms on the first floor. Therefore, do not book the first floor.”

Mindestens 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Taksim Platz. Die Terrasse war leider weder geputzt noch für unseren Aufenthalt hergerichtet/ausgestattet.

Spacious & clean room with a massive Comfortable bed, with a great bathroom / walk-in shower. Very Friendly and helpful staff, as it was my first time in Istanbul. A free shuttle bus available to Taskim square Small supermarkets within 2-3 minute walk, including Carrefour. Restaurants within walking distance My room was quiet so I didn’t get woken up by the street noise or call to prayer I would stay here again. Location is reasonable, but on a busy street. Other parts of the street are not so modern (but that’s part of the Istanbul experience). Two metro journeys are needed to get to the city centre/ river (about 25 mins)

• Rudy (6/5): J’ai eu de la chance qu’il y avait une promotion sur cet établissement car le prix d’origine était beaucoup trop élevé p - L’emplacement était top proche de Taksim, la chambre spacieuse et la salle de sport très bien avec le spa Le petit déjeuner était vraiment médiocre, pas de lait végétal, le pain n’était pas bon ni les viennoiseries. Le choix pour le buffet salé très restreint beaucoup de fritures et aucun fruit à part des oranges.. pas de fruits sec non plus ni d’amandes noix ect. Les serviettes pour la douche étaient viellent elles n’essuient rien et les coussins très dur

The service was poor, the parking information was misleading, the facilities were below expectations, and even the location was not convenient. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Bu otelde yaşadığım deneyim tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığıydı. Rezervasyon sırasında ücretsiz otopark olduğu izlenimi verilmesine rağmen günlük 318 TL otopark ücreti ödemek zorunda kaldım. Bu durum kesinlikle şeffaf değildi. Otelin hizmet kalitesi çok kötüydü. Personel ilgisizdi, teknik destek neredeyse yoktu ve herhangi bir konuda yardımcı olmak için çaba gösterilmedi. My experience at this hotel was a complete disappointment. During the booking process, it appeared that parking was free, but I ended up paying 318 TL per day for parking. This was very misleading and far from transparent. The overall service quality was extremely poor. The staff were unhelpful, there was almost no proper technical support, and nobody seemed interested in resolving issues or assisting guests. The TV channel selection was also very limited, and the facilities in general were far below expectations. Including the location, there is honestly nothing positive I can say about this hotel. The entire place felt poorly managed, disorganised, and not worth the money at all. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

• Christelle (7/5): - L hôtel et la chambre très bien aménagée bien décorésont modernes et propres. "Bien que l'hôtel soit un 4 étoiles, les abords directs sont précaires. L'environnement peut paraître intimidant car les bâtiments voisins sont dans un état de délabrement avancé." Nous n' avons cependant pas ressenti d insécurité lorsque nous les passions.. Le service de navette pour se rendre à la place taksim était appréciable sachant qu il fallait remonter + de 500 mètres de rues très très en pente et tout aussi difficile de les redescendre. Nous avons été par ailleurs bien conseillés par un des voituriers. Seul personnel sympathique avec les femmes de ménage. Les hôtes d acceuil plutôt concentré sur leur téléphone que d accueillir leurs clients avec le sourire. L' emplacement dont la vue n'est pas digne d' un 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est très restreint pour ceux qui ne mangent que du sucré pas digne non plus d' un 4 étoiles. Obligé de mettre un bonnet de bain pour la piscine qu'on nous vend à 5 euros. • Kerem (8/5): Solides Hotel - Das Hotel war sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der Fitnessraum war ausreichend ausgestattet und für ein normales Training vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns gut, da wir es etwas ruhiger haben wollten und nicht direkt am Taksim-Platz wohnen wollten. Trotzdem war Taksim zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass der Weg dorthin recht steil nach oben führt. Alternativ bietet das Hotel auch einen Shuttle-Service an, der bis 20 Uhr fährt. Die Mitarbeiter waren größtenteils sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hatten wir mit einem Mitarbeiter eine unangenehme Erfahrung, da er äußerst unhöflich war und sich nicht einmal die Mühe gemacht hat, auf unsere Fragen zu antworten.

• Murat (9/5): Gayet güzel Hotel - * Odam oldukça geniş ve ferahtı. * Temizlik seviyesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. * Odanın büyük bir terası vardı, bu da konaklamayı çok keyifli hale getirdi. * Oda servisi hizmeti bulunuyordu ve kullanışlıydı. * Otelin ücretsiz taksi/transfer aracı hizmeti vardı, bu özellikle çok hoşuma gitti. Planlanan çıkış tarihimden bir gün önce ayrıldım. Odada tükettiğim iki su ve bir çikolatayı, ayrıca yalnızca kayda geçmemiş olan iki kahveyi özellikle kendim bildirdim ki herhangi bir hak geçmesin. Buna rağmen bu küçük hesap işlemi beklediğimden uzun sürdü ve kayıtlar detaylı şekilde kontrol edildi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin kahveyi ikram etme yaklaşımı ise çalışanlardan Ömer Bey tarafından desteklenmedi. Küçük bir jestle kolayca çözülebilecek bir durumun bu şekilde ele alınması, misafir memnuniyeti yaklaşımı açısından bende olumsuz bir izlenim bıraktı. “Bir kahvenin kırk yıl hatırı vardır” sözü maalesef burada karşılığını bulmadı.

• BURAK (10/5): - Ben ekonomik bir oda alıp çift kişilik yatak talep ettim akşama doğru giriş yaptığım için ellerinde çift kişilik yataklı oda kalmadığı için görevli arkadaşlar Suit oda önerdiler ve böylelikle konaklamam beklediğimden de iyi geçti. İnce düşünceleri için tekrardan teşekkür ederim

• Satwant (9/5): Confirable stay in Istanbul - Spacious room and bathroom comfortable Location not directly accessible from Taksim Sq. However the hotel provided a shuttle service 7 am to 8 pm to and from Taksim Sq which is only 5 mins away by car.

• Nour (9/5): Mega Preis Leistungs Verhältnis - Sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft in einer tollen zentralen Lage in der nähe vom galta turm dank dem Shuttle, das Personal ist auch wirklich hilfsbereit. Einen Punkt Abzug gab es für die harten Kissen und die seltsamen (polyester)Handtücher.

Breakfasts were also fine but I prefer to have more multicultural eating. Shower towels were distaster! Why hotel is not using cotton towels instead of plastic towels?? It is impossibile to dry your skin after shower….

• Dylan (10/5): Nothing to say it is a very good money/quality option - It was a really nice stay especially for the price value When you want to go the taksim square there its very steep walk but they arrange a shuttle from 7:00 am - 20:00 pm so that is nice
