• Jodi (3/5): Terrible. Filthy apartment in a good location. Would not recommend. - The hotel itself and facilities were clean with amazing staff. Location is great. The apartment smelt. The bathroom Vanity is cracked. The bath has peeling paint and has yellow built up inside it. The toilet brush even was worn and disintegrated. The kettles inside was BLACK and unusable. There was heavy mold and dust on the windows and sills throughout every room. There was mold and dust stains on the hanging down ripped couch. The fridge was VERY loud, there was food crumbs and oil all through the oven so hadn’t been cleaned. The dish rack was rusty. The dishcloth was worn and stained. You cannot see outside during the day due to internal and external dirt. We provided photos for all of this and more and the owner refused even a discount. While they offered early checkin and “recleaned” the apartment this did not resolve all the dirty issues. The owner stated it is an older apartment which is fine…. Dirty and moldy is not ok.
• Victoria (8/5): Great value for a big family. Enjoyed being right in the heart of the city and we loved a swim after busy sightseeing da - Location excellent, views great. Loads of space of my family, roof pool area fab. Host very helpful and friendly. Thank you Kitchen facilities and bathroom a little tired but all working and well stocked. Windows outside could do with a clean as slightly spoils the great view .

• Amanda (7/5): Great stay location wise close to train & close walk to everything. - Location was great. Pool spa etc was lovely & great views. The unit was a bit ‘tired’ and could do with a bit of an update … we unfortunately had a plumbing issue on the 1st night (which was fixed asap the following morning) but was probably something that with an update could have been avoided.

• Steve (10/5): - The location was excellent, it's proximity to the places were needed to go were great and being in front of the Anzac memorial gace us an unexpected bonus including spending a lot of time in Hyde Park Inna's flexibility also made it a great stay
• Taishin (8/5): My stay was pleasant and I look forward to staying there again in the near future. - The location was very central to public transport and other site seeing areas. Easy access to the property and has a good view of the ANZAC monument. I wish there was at least two pillows on each bed. There could have also have been a drying rack for dishes and a mop.

• Kieu (1/5): Terrible apartment, never book again. - Location is close to PT and nice part, the only point we like. Very dirty. the floor hasn’t been vacuumed, dining table , kitchen and all surfaces cover by dust, even bed linens, bathroom very humid and smells. The host was very rude.

• Diana (1/5): I don't recommend this place at all . Very old and unclean !! Very expensive for what it has. - Just location is convenient. The hoster is very rude and sarcastic person, check in took more than hour , cleaning was really bad in all apartment, , white towels with stains . Extra bed has dust on top of it. Very old place for the price charged . Not amenities, no a very good place to stay . Shower is disgusting .
