• Peter (8/5): - Great stay in Kuala Lumpur. The location was excellent, with everything nearby, and the communication throughout was perfect. Check-in was very easy and convenient, with a smooth self check-in process that didn’t require meeting the owner in person. The apartment was comfortable and had amazing views. The facilities were great as well, especially the pool. Could have been cleaner.

• Andrew (3/5): Stay at your own risk. - Door security latch were missing! When I alerted the staff, she informed me that we could lock the door by turning the lock twice. When I told her that anyone who has the door keys could also open the door, she retorted that there’s cctv to monitor safety! Isn’t that ridiculous?! She’s virtually saying.. “don’t worry… if anyone enters your room with a spare keys, we have the cctv to identify the intruders , after everything is over!” The staff is not at all concerned about our safety! Horrible!

• Gerard (9/5): Superb - The staff were so helpful. We realised 1 week after stay that we had lost some medication. The cleaners had put it aside, and the staff returned it to us. They were very flexible during our stay. The location was perfect. The facilities were basic but very good value for money.

• Grace (9/5): great location for arena Axiata concert n most helpful staff! - close to arena axieta where we were attending a concert. less than 10min ride. parking our car in premises was safe for a minimal RM20 (2 nights). room was clean and they provided plenty of snacks. and Tarco was super helpful providing infor on food and eateries and even helped reserve massage session at shop in Aurora. she also helped us exit the Carpark when we had difficulty finding the place to meet her. very pleasant stay, we enjoyed it v m. the bathroom sink too shallow. so we used the sink outside to brush our teeth. also bathroom had a slight odour wen we first checked in but Tarco soon fixed it.

• Sook (7/5): good location apartment - the location is good the bathroom carpet looks dirty and the bathroom is so humid , stuffy and wet when we enter. the owner should let the ventilation on to dry it. the clothes iron is hard to use.
