• A.C. (7/5): - - - Het sleutelkastje bevond zich niet naast de andere sleutelkastjes. Er was niemand bereikbaar voor informatie. Later, bij nogmaals zoeken in de directe omgeving bij toeval juiste kastje gevonden. Gezien hun bericht over het niet inleveren van de sleutel, wisten ze zelf ook de plek niet meer!

• Susan (7/5): - Comfortable and clean in a peaceful location. Spacious. Better guidance to find key box as there were several. Other people must also have tried others as they all had been left on property key code. There was a constant noise in the apartment which disturbed my niece's sleep. No bathmats.
• Jason (10/5): Good value for the location and would stay here again as it suited our needs travelling to London. - Easy to find, nice, clean, and comfortable flat. Lots of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance and good location to get to and from public transport Not really the owner of this flat's fault but there are quite a lot of lock boxes located in a similar location to get the key so it took a bit longer to locate the correct one.
• Marko (9/5): Very good apartment and very good hosts. Good value for money. - Location of apartment was good and it had lot of room for us. Everything was nice and clean. We didn't like showers in bathrooms because water was either cold or very hot, they need to fix that.

• Kristen (4/5): Needs improvement - You have to go to a park down a different street to find the lockbox with a key. All of the lox boxes look the same and none of them responded to the code. It look my friend who arrived first 42 minutes to try all of the different lock boxes over and over to finally get the key. There were three of us but only one key. None of us could leave separately. There was no coffee provided in the kitchen. The apartment was too hot, with no instructions for how to turn down the heat. The main shower was dangerously hot, with no ability to change the temperature. The host did not provide a phone number of how to reach her.
• Rachel (4/5): Really bad mix up of communication leading to a long and expensive trip. - Key location in the rain with luggage after a miscommunication with directions. Already being tired and soaked. Bad start to the stay.
• Jonathan (8/5): Great value and comfortable - Good value in a convenient location for us. Warm, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment. Will book again if we're in the area. No check-in information until the day of check-in. Slightly tricky to locate and open the lock box. One of the showers needs a new thermostat - it only runs very hot. Relatively limited kitchen equipment (not a problem for us, but might be for others)

• Mike (8/5): Good location, great host, walking distance to transport and key city locations such as the Tower of - Kithcen and lounge room were well set out with a good supply of crockery and utensils. Location was positioned between Shadwell and Tower Hill eiasy access to the DLR and other rail services. Very helpful having access to a washing machine and dryer. Host Judy very responsive to issues raised re lights and dishwahing supplies. Bed was small (double) and pillows were uncomfortable. Only one light above the hob was working although a previous guest had pushed the button into the housing making it difficicult to turn on. Only one of the kitchen spot lights was working. I replaced an available spare. Cleaning was not up to standard although I understand a new cleaner has been engaged. Some minor maintenance issues are being addressed.

• Liam (8/5): Spacious apartment with plenty of facilities. - Nice and spacious, bathrooms and kitchen were great and had plenty of facilities. Beds were pretty comfy and the apartment felt safe and secure. When we struggled with the key entry, the lady on the phone answered and helped straight away. The bedroom carpets were a little tired and we had to keep fixing the blinds for the windows as the pull mechanism kept coming free from the rail.
• Sabine (7/5): - Die Wohnung war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Toll war, dass wir 2 Bäder hatten. Die Beschreibung mit der Nähe zu Tower Hill ist irreführend. Es ist ein gutes Stück zu laufen und man landet in einem dreckigen, nachts nicht so sicherem Viertel.

Great lounge space and kitchen with lovely balcony. Bedrooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy! Lovely en suite and master bathroom too. Would definitely book again
• Kay (7/5): simple stay in local apartment - good location in residential flats on first floor 15 min walk to tower hill tube and river taxi lovely 2 bed flat en suite with kitchen and lounge area clean and tidy with balcony to sit outside ..would get sun if high summer ☀️ a little noisy outside but to be expected in high residential area I had to call to get directions to access the day before we arrived otherwise I was clueless and like to plan once the key is located on some rankings locked in a safe box it was OK to access...take glasses if need to see key code 😀

• Susan (10/5): Chic apartment - Very quiet despite being near the railway. Close to tube and walkable to Tower of London, HMS Belfast, Spitalfields market to name a few places of interest. Well presented. Nice sized bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Well equipped. Good communication from the host. Was a bit concerned that we didn't have check in details the day before our stay, but Judy assured us they are emailed on the day of arrival and sure enough they were. Would be good to have a microwave.

• Aidan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Location was great, apartment was spacious and spotless. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Host went above and beyond to help with a minor issue we had at checkout with the keys. Friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. Nothing.
• Eileen (7/5): Good last minute booking. - This was a roomy comfortable flat. We had contact to work out where the keys were- bit if a strange place to keep them. Bath only delivered hot water so may need attention as does radiator in main lounge as that did not heat even with recommended boost.

• Susan (9/5): Nice stay, we enjoyed London - Cozy apartment setting in London East end cool area: enjoy vibrant Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market and also close to Tower and Tower Bridge. Underground station 10 min walking distance. Apartment is well finished, comfortable, nice kitchen area. Property was safe and was guarded by a friendly Concierge. Easy communication with the hosts, they gave us helpful recommendations. one small suggestion: the windows in the kitchen may need some cleaning :)
