Foi um privilégio vivenciar dias em um lugar tão especial, onde a sensação de acordar acima das nuvens torna tudo ainda mais mágico. Nosso agradecimento especial ao anfitrião Lázaro e aos funcionários Moisés e Thiago, que foram extremamente cordiais e atenciosos durante toda a nossa estadia. O cuidado, a educação e o carinho de toda a equipe fizeram toda a diferença. A limpeza estava impecável, demonstrando o alto padrão e o zelo com cada detalhe. Saímos com o coração cheio de gratidão e a certeza de que voltaremos muitas vezes. Foi uma experiência incrível e inesquecível! Gostaria de deixar também um feedback construtivo sobre a acomodação. Em relação ao cardápio, senti que a quantidade de comida servida em alguns pratos foi um pouco abaixo do esperado. Acredito que, com um ajuste nas porções, a experiência gastronômica poderia ficar ainda mais completa e satisfatória, acompanhando a qualidade geral do local, que é excelente. De toda forma, isso não diminui a ótima experiência que tivemos, apenas um ponto de melhoria para tornar a estadia ainda melhor para futuros hóspedes.
- Douglas (8/5): Falta pouco para ficar perfeito. - A piscina aquecida funcionou muito bem. A vista é maravilhosa, e o local é muito tranquilo. Mesmo assim, não é longe do centro de Bom Retiro e até mesmo de outras atrações como a vinícola Thera. O atendmiento é excelente. entregam café da manhã todo dia de manhã na unidade, e tem um restaurante muito bom que funciona até 21h. Também indicam deliverys que entregam lá. E tem cozinha e churrasqueira, permitindo também fazer refeições lá. A casa em que ficamos (chamada Infinito) era nova, e aparentemente começou a ser utilizada antes do fim do projeto. Não havia ar condicionado na unidade, e claramenet uma porta de entrada ainda não tinha sido instalada, por isso não havai chave para trancar por fora o local (apesar de ser praticamente dispensável dado o local isolado). Também vimos questões menores como uma adega que não tinha como plugar na tomada por falta de espaço e um sistema de som embutido que chiava quando utilizado.

- Arthur (9/5): Exception views and great location in a lovely chalé. - Beautiful location and view. We love a clean and well equipped chalé which had a kitchen with microwave but no regular oven. Lázaro and assistant were helpful and we will definitely come back again. Spectacular view and so many windows in the chalé allowed us to view it continuously. The furnishings and architecture are excellent.
