The apartment was clean, modern and well furnished. Nothing that would affect us recommending the property highly. The sliding shower door was missing which was just inconvenient and nothing more.

Yine söyledim teknisyen çözdü dedi. Ekran görüntüsü ilettim tekrar bakalım dediler. Son gün yine birşey çözülmedi. Birde sorunu çözmüşler gibi herşey yolunda gidiyor mu diye sordular pişkin pişkin. • Jeanne (6/5): - Très bon emplacement à proximité du musée de l'Acropole, de l'Acropole et du quartier animé de Plaka. La literie est très confortable. Propre. Accès via des digicodes et échanges par SMS très impersonnels. Le code de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas mais une solution a pu être trouvée à distance par l'hôte. Panne de wifi. Appartement dont les fenêtres ne peuvent s'ouvrir et qui donne sur une rue bruyante (double vitrage heureusement). Manque d'équipements "clés" qui peuvent sembler des détails mais qui permettent de faciliter la vie des voyageurs (seulement 3 verres -nous étions 4-, pas de liquide vaisselle ni de torchon...)
• virgile (7/5): Logement fonctionnel et très bien placé - Emplacement parfait. Équipements simples et fonctionnels. Climatisation performante. Porte sécurisée. Pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres car situé sur l’avenue singrou qui est la voie rapide 2x3 voies qui traverse Athènes: circulation très dense de jour comme de nuit (l’isolation est bonne, mais bouchons auditifs recommandés la nuit) Heureusement la climatisation fonctionne bien. Le bâtiment, n’est pas vraiment « luxury », c’est un immeuble basique avec des parties communes défraîchies (voir photos) l’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel, mais rien de « luxury » non plus, c’est un meublé standard. Pendant mon séjour la chasse d’eau été non fonctionnelle. J’ai demandé une solution au gérant qui m’a dit que je n’avais qu’à prendre un récipient, leremplir d’eau et à m’en servir comme chasse d’eau (voir photo). Aucune proposition de relogement ou de dédommagement.

The host was also very helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. A walking distance de la Acropolis y puedes recorrer todos los lugares interesantes sin metro. El departamento es pequeño pero cuenta con un mobiliario y ambientación moderna y con mucho estilo. Cuenta con todos los amenities y todo está nuevo. Hasta el jabón para baño que pusieron era bueno y con un riquísimo olor. Es exactamente igual de lindo que en las fotos. Ideal para estar todo el día en la ciudad y luego descansar. Buena relación calidad-precio. No es un departamento con espacio suficiente para disfrutarlo mucho tiempo. La cocina está pegada a la cama de lo pequeño que es. No cuenta tampoco con ventanales que se abran para ventilar bien o un balcón. No cuenta con una vista bella de la ciudad. Por lo tanto no es un espacio en el que puedas sentarte a desayunar al aire libre y mirando la calle como otros en los que he estado en este viaje.

The location is outstanding, very close to all major tourist attractions, so we didn’t need to use any transportation at all. Also, having Smile Gastro Tavern right downstairs was a big advantage — the food is very good and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming.

Оснащенная всем необходимым кухня, кофемашина. Панорамные окна, хороший кондиционер с обогревом. Есть сейф. Внизу много ресторанов и закусочных. Есть те, которые начинают работать в 7 утра. Приятный подъезд. Акрополь в 15 минутах ходьбы, музей Акрополя в 5 минутах ходьбы. Хозяин внимателен и заботлив. Предупредил о забастовке такси, чтобы мы планировали свой ранный отъезд правильно. Иногда сильно дуло из-под входной двери. И недостаточно крючков для одежды в зоне входной двери, и для полотенец/одежды в ванной.

The building is on Stadiou street very big and noisy but the appartment was very tranquil. Bed was very confy. The only weird think was the uneven floor at the entrance of the room. • Dora (9/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Είναι πολύ άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι δεν υπάρχουν μπαλκόνια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό βέβαια αλλά τα παράθυρα ανοίγουν ελάχιστα στην ανάκλιση.
