• Tarbaby (9/5): Excellent accomodation for staying in Ajax - The accomodation was superb with all basic amenities provided. Ideally located for easy access to Ajax retail centres and adjoining areas. Large screen entertainment provided was a plus and duly appreciated. I would definitely recommend as a superior accomodation for anyone looking to stay in Ajax. There was some noise daily from upstairs as there were children in the house. However it was bearable and did not become an annoyance.

• Shannon (9/5): Great stay - Very clean. Very modern and organized. Parking is tight. Labeled regulations everywhere leads to a level of discomfort. E-home features require some learning to get used to.

The host went above and beyond to make our experience special—She was humble, kind and even helped us shovelling when our car got stuck. Thank you so much for accommodating all our needs and even helping with the birthday decorations. Your thoughtfulness truly made our celebration unforgettable. • Corinne (10/5): Great stay - Perfect, clean, all the equipment you'd need. Helpful owners. Nothing except occasionall we were a bit slow with the technology but we got there eventually with the helpful app.
• Ernest (10/5): A hockey finals turned in a very nice vacation. - Great value for our dollar but more than that is was quiet, close to everything we needed. A little high tech as we are older dogs😉. However we learned quickly.

• Ley (10/5): Accommodating host, clean, spacious, multiple TV’s, & access to backyard was a plus. Also Wi-Fi :-) - I like that everything was technological, clean, and the host was considerate. NA
• Joanne (3/5): I would not recommend this property to rent and will not consider any private residence again. - Nothing It was a basement apartment set up for the home owners not for general public to rent. Access was unsafe due to construction of stairs leading to back entrance. Parking arrangements unacceptable. Could not find light switch for entry which was located on other side of the room. Every appliance, lights, Tv, mirrors, blinds, entrance was set up as SMArt technology requiring research to operate. Most were unusable due to difficulty of set up without any instructions given. Even after getting TV to operate it would cut out after a short time. All foot traffic, voices, vacuuming from upstairs occupants was heard downstairs. It is not suitable for a rental property.
