• Vivian (5/5): The facility is a good value for the cost. - Loved the location in the heart of the Canadian wine country. The linens had a strong fragrance that was somewhat offensive and could have been dangerous for a person with allergies.

Everything we needed was available, and we had no problems at all during our stay. It was a peaceful and pleasant place to rest as a family. Fully equipped house down to detergent for the unexpected mishap and ziplock bags for surplus food Niagara Falls, Niagara area, Niagara-on-the-Lake, wineries, all within short distance Sun all day and an outside area to sit Free WiFi in all rooms Master bedroom with en-suite plus bathroom with accessible large shower. Easy communication with host Quiet location at night. We were out during the day, so can't speak about how noisy/quiet road is during the day when sitting on porch It was easy to turn AC to the temperature we liked but one night it got a bit chilly and I couldn't work out how to turn heating on. Very minor point and I am 100% sure the host would have helped us if it had been an issue for more than one night We had to leave too early :-)

• Lynne (5/5): Just needed a place to stay for a night so it was fine but for a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. - 1/2 way between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. No air circulation in the principal bedroom. Inadequate window coverings. No towels.
• Hammond (9/5): We were so impressed by the cleanliness of the home. - We loved staying in the countryside and enjoying the quiet mornings and evenings. A bonus was how easy it was to drive to a number of attractions within 15-minutes in any direction. Also, biking to nearby wineries, breweries, and fruit stands was super easy!
• Anne-maree (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable accommodation and when we arrived, lights were on and the air-conditioning too! Everything was thought of. The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara but an easy drive in.

Could have used some written instructions on how the tv, fireplace and outside light worked. Finally figured them out, but it would have helped me not text a few times and then fugured it out before you got back to me.

• Anne (8/5): Overnight stay in a spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodation - The property is well placed for visiting both the Falls & NOTL. Whilst set back from a junction, the traffic (if any) at night, was not noticed as we all slept exceptionally well in the super comfy beds. Instructions for arrival & departure were outlined clearly and easy to follow. The house was spotlessly clean with linen provided. There was water in the refrigerator which was appreciated. There appeared to be ample cooking utensils etc if one was to cook albeit we did not due to our later arrival and early departure.

Good nearby restaurants, wineries, ice cream dairy - only about 15 min to either city and just down the road from St David. Very comfortable beds, attractively furnished open concept living room, dining area, and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend!

• Dena (9/5): Convenient and comfortable stay for a small group or family. - Clean, comfortable and convenient home away from home for our group of friends visiting the wine country. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space to spread out and relax, and the kitchen is equipped with all the basics.

The home is close to area attractions and there are plenty of places to eat within a 15-minute drive (if you choose not to cook meals).
• Robert (8/5): Clean and close to everything - Our stay was for 3 nights. This house is located between NOTL and Niagara Falls. It was just a 5-15 min drive to most places we visited. Several wineries within 5 min or less away. We stayed on the go and went in all directions so the location worked well for us. From the outside, the house looks to be somewhat modest but the interior has had some renovations and was nice. The house was very clean and was well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies and bath linens. The house corners on a well traveled road but we were not there much during the daytime so it was not an issue. We were looking for a comfortable, clean and reasonably priced place to stay. This property met all those expectations. We were from the USA and could not login to some of our TV streaming services for some reason, no fault to the host. There was no live TV that we could find, just national news feeds. Live TV would have been nice but there were enough things to watch to keep us entertained during the evenings.

• Kerry (10/5): Fabulous little house with everything you need for a family vacation. - The property had everything we needed for our stay, very comfortable and lots of products to use including shampoo, soap, and all cleaning supplies all our family loved this little house. There was nothing we didn’t like, it was wonderful, the only thing I would say is, it needs a full length mirror in the master bedroom, needs an ironing board, and the hair dryer in the master bathroom only blows out cold air, but they are only minor issues, it wouldn’t stop us coming back to visit again.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Would gladly book again for longer than just a night. Nothing comes to mind everything was excellent and kitchen and bathrooms have all necessities

• Pam (8/5): A good stay in Niagara on the Lake - The property was well laid out, clean and met all of my expectations. The coffee and creamer along with the complimentary water in the fridge was also appreciated. The 4pm check in seemed rather late. We had a 3pm wedding to attend and were not able to access the site until after 11pm. I understand that the property needs to be cleaned, however, a 4 hour window to clean seems a little excessive.

The location was very close to Niagara on the lake and we enjoyed the country side drive into town. I would come back. The appearance of the exterior is a bit run down (garage and shed). The interior décor could use a bit of a refresh and perhaps some pictures that reflect the beauty of the community. Lions seem a bit out of place at the patio entrance.
• Jonathan (9/5): Splendid, comfortable, quiet and relaxing, Thank you! - The house was like a penthouse suite. There was loads of room for our 4 adults and one baby. Everything you might expect in a fully furnished suite was present. All necessary cooking utensils (with one exception see below*), dining ware and cutlery were available in the spacious kitchen. Complimentary tea and coffee makings were in the kitchen. The refrigerator had plenty of room although basic condiments were already there and ice cubes were in their trays in the freezer. There was even a full BBQ on the patio. The area is perfectly quiet after the hub-bub of the equidistant tourist centres of NF and NotL. All the beds were very comfortable. It had been unseasonably hot before we arrived but the house has central AC. There's a complete laundry washer and dryer if needed. Wifi and cable TV if even when you're away, you want to be at home! Wifi was sluggish but I live in the countryside too, so I know that lightning speeds can't be had out where this property is located. But that is the only fault of the location which is otherwise peaceful (OK, apart from the occasional shotgun blast sounds used by neighbouring farmers to scare the birds away. I found that kind of comforting!) And this is truly nitpicking: * from the "What did you like" section above. There was a small frying pan that handled 2 eggs superbly. But a larger one would have been nice to have. I'll bet that Sarah who runs such a splendid place will have bought the missing large fry pan within a day of reading this! So, you won't have to worry.
• Cathy (10/5): Comfortable, cozy and quiet. Would stay here again. - The location was close to things we wanted to do. It was away from busy areas so nice and quiet at night. The rooms were very nice. Great shower in the master bedroom. Very clean. No complaints really. We didn’t have a sit down meal while there but if we did the dining table would have been too small. We were able to use the coffee table for 6 of us to enjoy a charcuterie board then a board game though.
• Anonymous (7/5): This was a great choice for our girls weekend. It was very clean and comfortable, relatively close to what we wanted to - Very clean! The decor could be updated, but the house had everything we needed. We were given the wrong entry code which required me to call the owner. There was only one wash cloth in each bathroom. The extra towels were all bath towels and hand towels.

• Bill (9/5): Overall we had a great stay the home was super clean. It worked for what we were looking for. - The home was very clean. My Daughter and I brought our own bikes to do a self guided Wine tour. Which we did, and it worked out great. It is a little isolated so you can't walk for a coffee or breakfast. I generally don't use the kitchen but that is our choice. All the appliances were there if I wanted.

Dishes, toaster, teapot and bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Took us a minute to figure out the WiFi but the host was super responsive!
• Harmidy (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, clean, close proximity to town. It had most of the necessary amenities. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Both bathrooms were recently renovated as was the house. 2 of the bedrooms were quite small with only a double bed so not great for 2 adults. The house can accommodate 6 adults but there were only 4 chairs at the dining table and a small table. The house was right next to a major road so it could be a bit loud.
