• Maria Camila (8/5): If I’m ever back in the city, I’ll stay here again. - - The location is great — close to a metro station and within walking distance of several tourist spots, convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and shopping malls. - The room was nice, clean, and not too small. - The free late-night snack buffet was a lovely surprise. It was really tasty. Unfortunately, the view from our window was of the wall and window of another building.

• Graeme (8/5): Great location. Close to the the bund and East Nanjing Rd. - Great location. Close to the the bund and East Nanjing Rd. WiFi doesn’t work for the UK apps but that’s not the hotels issue. Previous comment on the review about finding the hotel is partly true as it doesn’t show up on a map. Walked past it earlier in my visit when in a different hotel so knew where it was, address is correct but opposite is a Starbucks on Hankou Rd which is on Amap. Wouldn’t use google for the reason above as its GPS is out.
• Jelena (9/5): Great small hotel in excellent location - Location is great! Super near to Bund and Nanjing road. Staff was extremely helpful, I needed to order some Chinese medicine online and they did it for me. Every evening there is a small snacks (dumplings and soups), free of charge.

• Ivy (9/5): First Memorable Shanghai Experience - Friendliness of all the staff from check-in counter to the cafeteria and cleaners. Great location and walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian and The Bund. No robot delivery and no drive-in parking space.

Нам понравились подушки в отеле , очень удобные , поэтому мы купили там же такие подушки домой с хорошей скидкой ( про подушки можно спросить на ресепшене)

• Rachel (6/5): - Beds were comfortable. Generous with complimentary water and toiletries. They gave us new bedroom slippers every night. Reception staff are helpful, whether it’s helping to login to meituan or any other matters. Two things. First, there is no proper lobby area for car to drop off passengers. You stop along the roadside, and walk into an alley like lane to the hotel reception. Second, the windows are not sound proof and you can literally hear noises from the roads and surroundings at night and in the morning.

I had been in 3 atour hotels during my trip to china, the first 2 were perfect. this hotel disappointed me. The entrance is neglected and inappropriate for a 4 star hotel. Moreover, I think they didnt give us the same room i booked. I booked an elegant room, and they gave me a very small room. The room was too small, bed uncomfortable. I didnt argue with them since this was my last booking in china.

• Miona (9/5): Awesome breakfast and location - The breakfast is the highlight. There's so much food to try and they even make noodles/wonton for you on the spot and there are plenty of toppings to choose from to add to them. Anothere excellent thing are the beds. They are firm and super comfy. The same goes for the pillows, which are typically terrible in hotels. They constantly give you free bottles of water when they clean the room and even when you check in and check out. Even though the staff barely knows a few words of English, they are ready to help and use translator apps when needed. The location is awesome. A 100m from the Bund and close to the center. The rooms are dusty, and there's only one small window. When you check in, they try to get you to go for an upgrade which is super expensive.

The entire entrance to the hotel from the road is a major letdown and it would be so much better if that area were tiled it would make a huge difference to the first impression of the hotel.

Sabahları kolayca kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Tesisin girişi içeride kalıyor. Odalar çok ufak ve maalesef temiz değil. Geceleri çok gürültülü. Geç check-out için ufak bir ücret karşılığında yardımcı oldular.

• Ivana (10/5): As close as you can get to The Bund - Amazing location! It is 5 min walk from the main pedestrian street with all the shopping and restaurants, also 5-10 min walk from the Bund. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. Rooms were decent size, comfy bed and the best pillow I've ever had! Breakfast has a lot of options, Chinese and Western, everything tasted great. Room had a small window that overlooked between buildings so no natural light but this was stated in the booking and in the photos so no surprise, but would be nice to have some light and fresh air.

• Carla (7/5): Séjour mitigé mais personnel très professionnel - L’hôtel est très bien situé, ce qui est un vrai avantage. Le personnel est vraiment serviable, réactif et fait tout son possible pour trouver des solutions rapidement. Je me suis sentie assez mal dans la première chambre, avec une impression d’être enfermée. Il y avait une odeur désagréable provenant de la ventilation, et il n’était pas possible d’aérer car la fenêtre donnait sur un mur avec des tuyaux. J’ai donc dû écourter mon séjour. Cela dit, je tiens à souligner que l’équipe a été très compréhensive et m’a permis de changer de chambre pour la nuit, ce qui a été apprécié.

• Anne (8/5): Overall I had a great experience with the hotel. Friendly staffs and services. - Wonderful location. Just one block away from The Bund, and easy access to Nanjing Road. For the room i stayed at, there is a bad odor coming from the bathroom sink drain. Reported to Front Desk, somebody did came to fixed/cleaned. However, the smell is still there .... but a little less strong.
• Helen (8/5): - We had a lovely 3-night stay at Atour X Hotel The Bund East Nanjing Road! The location was super convenient, making it really easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast selection wasn’t the most impressive, but the late-night porridge supper was a nice and comforting touch. The entrance was a bit easy to miss at first. That said, overall it was still a good stay and a great base for exploring the city!

• Guy (7/5): Oui mais ! - L'hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner copieux si vous déjeunez comme les chinois (pas trop continental). La chambre est confortable et jolie. Le personnel est peu engageant, ils parlent un anglais difficile à comprendre (peut être pas pour un anglophone mais pour un français si). Et faites attention en réservant la chambre, les photos sur l'application vous donnent l'impression (dans mon cas) qu'il y a une fenêtre avec store et rideau mais l'ouvrant mesure 15 cm de large pour 60 cm de haut et donne sur un mur tout proche. Bref vous êtes dans le noir. J'aurais payé plus cher pour une vraie fenêtre si le descriptif était plus clair.

• Andrew (7/5): - It was very clean and modern. Just as pictures online The room was very warm and stuffy, but the air conditioning doesn’t work. They say it can’t be turned on in any of the rooms, outside of the summer. I dont think that’s right since they list air conditioning as a feature of the hotel. They brought me a fan and were very nice but I was pretty uncomfortable throughout my stay. They also would not let me cancel my reservation once i realized the AC does not work.

• Pereira (10/5): - Location was the best for this Hotel, in Shanghai there are many options but location was all with excellent price value for the location and size of the room. The bathroom with all three features separately made it very convenient for us as a couple to take advantage of time. Nanjing Road East Metro Station was very near just like 500 meters walk and from that metro station is so easy to get to Yu Yuan, Liujiazui, etc. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and outside next to the Hotel entrance there was a Starbucks, Manner Coffee, 7Eleven and another convenient store. Best of all free luggage storage. I liked all

A 4 cuadras del metro, llegando al Aeropuerto de Pudong es simple combinar el Maglev con la red de Metro. Habitación amplia y limpia. La recepción esta dentro de la manzana, se accede por una entrada desde la calle Hankou pero esta bien señalizada. Amable personal. A tres cuadras del Bund para llegar caminando a ver el Skyline en cualquier momento.

• EKATERINA (7/5): - Расположение отеля - близко к прогулочным улицам. Очень странное соотношение цена/качество и то, что ты получаешь за эту цену. До того, как приехать в Шанхай, мы были неделю в Пекине, там за половину стоимости этого отеля был большой номер, халаты, куча чая и кофе для комфортного проживания, расположение отеля в Пекине тоже было в том числе замечательным, прямо рядом с площадью и запретным городом. Здесь в отеле Atour соотношение крайне странное: номер очень маленький для двоих, если у вас два чемодана размера М, их некуда будет разложить, из за маленького номера постоянно будет ощущение бардака, потому что ты тонешь в своих вещах, а ведь ты ещё делаешь покупки. На фото номер вообще таким не кажется. Кладут всего два пакета чая и они не просто пакеты, это пакеты для чайной церемонии, то есть для европейского человека это неудобно. Есть специальный чайник и маленькие кружки для питья, если вы привыкли пить из обычной кружки чай в 200 мл - это не про сюда. Дают пластиковые стаканы таким объемом, пару раз нам их не обновляли. Как то для такой цены отеля ждёшь и стаканов и кружек стеклянных. В общем, меня не покидает чувство, что я жутко переплатила за номер.
