• Nick (6/5): Ok at best - Nice large living area. Bedrooms comfy. Good gym. Good location for getting into Melbourne. Staircase gave a bad first impression. I know it is a communal area from previous reviews but it gives a poor first impression. Windows were filthy in the lounge. Shower not good and part of it was broken. Asked the host for a number in case of any problems as was only given one key fob and they never replied, God knows what would have happened if we were locked out.
• Damien (6/5): Good location. Can improve - Good location and walking distance to Shrine of remembrance and botanical gardens. Comfortable for a family of four. Kitchen cabinets are very tired as well as the bathroom fittings. The bedroom blinds are not block out and let light in at night. External windows need a clean
• Roisin (10/5): - It was clean and had a great kitchen with utensils so we could cook breakfast. The location was great - easy to get into the CBD and over to the Cricket ground. Highly recommend!
• Pam (9/5): Love this area and the unit is wonderful. Great value for money! - Great location. Specious living area and bathroom. Equipment for cooking is fully provided. Bed is comfy and plenty of cloths hanger. Parking is also convenient. Good cafes and supermarket are just around (1-3 minutes walk) A bit dusty under the bed and some corner in the bedroom but at least vacuum cleaner is provided. Some noise from dog barking somewhere in the building at early morning.

• Radhakrishnan (8/5): The accommodation is ok for short stays - Close to CBD. Parking available There is no privacy lock on bathroom and toilet. The stairs leading to the unit was not clean. Not clean below the beds. Additional bedsheets are not available. No instructions to operate appliances.
