• Daniel (8/5): Una estancia tranquila en South Kensington - Apartamento renovado con gusto, con jardín y todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda. A pocos minutos del metro Gloucester Road, algunos bares y un par de supermercados en una zona muy tranquila y cuidada de Londres. Está en una planta -1, a la cual hay que bajar por unas escaleras bastante inclinadas y con mala ilumnación, con las que tuvimos un par de problemas. A parte, la segunda habitación es pequeña, de díficil acceso y bastante húmeda. Poco recomendado para gente mayor o con problemas de movilidad.

• Nina (9/5): - The flat was well equipped, functional and fit to our need perfectly. Location was good, close to tube station, grocery store and restaurants on a quiet street. Different scented items in the flat and fragranced bedheets and towels were little disturbing. The host kindly tried to solve this to but it could not be arranged on a very short notice. This time it was entirely our fault because we contacted the host a bit late.
• coralie (7/5): Comfortable with some inconvenience especially for the cost. - Attractive, good location & convenient. One very comfortable bedroom. Deceptive about the number of people who could be comfortably accommodated. One small bedroom hard to access for an older person. It was couch sleeping. TV very difficult to negotiate. Need to be a technician.

• Russell (8/5): Great flat, nice location - a few small touches away from being perfect - Great location, nice modern flat in Kensington, near to great cafes and museums. Owner communication was good. Overall we enjoyed it, although better suited for a single person or a couple Although the bed was clean, the cushions had not been cleaned for some time - one in particular had a brown mark which was a bit gross. Extractor fan smelt of fish. Owner still had his belongings in the cupboard, which felt a little weird. no cot provided (we knew this, but would have been easy to add a travel cot into the property). Shower heat nozzle seemed broken, it just spun around. Meant it wasn't possible to have a proper hot shower. Property is old, so it was quite cold in the bedrooms. Nothing that ruined our visit, just stopped it being 'perfect'.

In 6 persone siamo stati comodi, la cucina ben attrezzata e c'erano stoviglie per tutti (abbiamo acquistato qualcosa x colazione in un market la sera prima e poi utilizzato la cucina). Molto comoda e vicina la fermata della metro x raggiungere il centro. Il tutto in un bel quartiere
• Edwige (10/5): TOP - Super basement flat, très très lumineux, très bien conçu, l’espace est super optimisé et très agréable à vivre ! Chauffage et ventilation de qualité. Deux chambres dont une superbe master bedroom qui donne sur une petite terrasse à l’arrière, puis sur un grand jardin. L’autre est toute petite, conçue pour 2 personnes, mais extrêmement bien conçue et optimisée également. L’ensemble est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité. L’équipement est complet et de qualité, la situation est idéale selon mes critères. Enfin, le propriétaire est charmant et très disponible. J’ai vraiment passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement, je reviendrai c’est certain!
• Dorothy (8/5): Fab location. Underground Station nearby with a tesco & waitrose beside. - We had a great stay in the apartment. Extremely good use of space for sure. Location was fab. Communication with the host was spot on and very helpful. Nice to have some outside space too, tho could do with some TLC. The second 'bedroom' isn't really a bedroom. You wouldn't need to be tall or claustrophobic! Sofa bed not particularly comfortable. Once a quilt was put under the sheet it was much better. The lock box was in a very awkward place to access. We had real difficulty seeing the keypad to put code in. Was just about to call host when we managed...thankfully it wasn't raining! It's a spiral staircase down to the front door, may be difficult if you have mobility issues. And it definitely needs a light to come on at night as you cannot see a thing! One of our party slipped but thankfully was just a couple of steps from the bottom.

• Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - We went on a family trip to visit London, 4 adults and 2 children. The apartment is fabulous and Jonas is a wonderful host. We even asked for an early check in and he managed to accommodate us. Communication was smooth. The children slept on 2 mattresses on the living room floor and were happy with it. I would recommend it anytime, beautiful location and close to many great Museums.

• Thomas (5/5): Great for 2 people but not for 4 - Location was perfect. Easy check in. Modern equipment in the apartment with clear instructions left. Steps down to apartment are small and spiralled which was a nightmare with luggage. If you have mobility issues it will be a problem. Second bedroom is like a Harry Potter understairs box. We ended up with one couple having to have 1 person sleep in the box and the other on the sofa as box room too small and claustraphobic. Apartment would be perfect for 2 people. I also didn't like the fact that it felt like the ring doorbell was pointed directly into the window of the box room.
