• Enis (1/5): Nicht zu Empfehlen - Leider nichts 1. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber katastrophal. Nicht hilfreichsbereit. Mit Navi Google Maps die Adresse nicht zu finden. Wir haben 1 Std. Mit kleinen kindern das Apartment gesucht. Parkplätze vom Apartment nicht vorhanden. Nur freie Parkplätze mit Gebühr. In der Wohnung waren die Röhre dicht und das Abwasser stockte immer. Allgemein nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Keine Ruhe gewesen....

• Maeusel (6/5): Leicht verbesserungswürdig... - Lage ok, Raumaufteilung sehr sinnvoll (2 Schlafräume, die getrennten Zugang zum Badezimmer haben). Nachlässige Instandhaltung: Mit geringem Aufwand in Ordnung zu bringen. Garderobenbefestigung ausgeschlagen; Besteck/Geschirr verbesserungswürdig (Toaster kaputt, 2 Kaffeelöffel für 4 Personen); Badezimmerlampe und Waschbeckenstöpsel defekt; Duschvorhang ausgerissen.

• morris (4/5): Rymligt med utrymme men opraktisk lägenhet - Det var rent och rymligt. Ena dubbelsängen var sönder och gick ej att fixa. Toaletten var inte alls stabil, den vingla och lät som att den skulle gå sönder närsomhelst. Det var skruvar lösa på handtag i badrummet. Fanns bara tre toalettpapper och det fanns inga städgrejer i lägenheten (kunde inte ens torka bordet med en trasa eller sopa golvet). Blev väldigt smutsigt och obekvämt till slut.

• Alejho Builes (10/5): - Todo... El apartamento es muy amplio, iluminado y bien dotado. La atención por WhatsApp a nuestras dudas e inquietudes fue inmediata. Lo recomiendo. Es un poco retirado de la zona céntrica. Hay que tomar 2 tranvías para llegar al centro

• Pradip Kumar (5/5): Not Recommended - The location of the property is good and near to public transport. Super market is also very near with in 100 meter. The rooms were specious The property is very old. The apartment is in the second floor but does not have any lift/elevator. The kitchen is not equipped with proper utensils. Please avoid if you are looking for an apartment with Kitchen facility. The chairs and table were shaking, I was afraid that I will fell down if I use those.

• Ida (10/5): - Clean and comfortable apartment with big, cozy beds in a quiet location. Great area close to grocery shops and within a pleasant walk to the city center. Easy key pickup, and the host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

• Marina (7/5): Overall great value for money - we hope our feedback will be considered for the next guests. - The location is amazing if you are going to the Wiener Stadthalle. The check-in was very easy. There is a car park near by where you pay only 6€ per day. What I would feedback to the accommodation and hope they will consider: We’ve booked for 5 people but only 4 beds were made which isn’t very welcoming. We found some bedding in the wardrobe and prepared the sofa bed ourselves. The pillows are far to thick and are not very comfortable- I was really worried I would wake up with neck pain the next morning and my friends felt the same. Please consider taking some filling out of the pillows to make them more comfortable. We had to take a cold shower the next morning as we could not work out how to get warm water. Maybe it’s because we are not used to that kind of water boiler (if so please provide instructions) or the accommodation doesn’t provide warm water. When we arrived the toilet wasn’t flushed but overall the flat was clean.

• Elena (4/5): Uncomfortable, poorly equipped, badly maintained - Check-in instructions were clear. Washing machine in the bathroom. High ceilings. All rooms are walk-through. Kitchen is poorly equipped. No hand towels, no paper towels, no kitchen towels, no cutting board. Knives are dull. The floor was dirty and there was nothing to clean/wipe it. The common areas (stairs and landing) were dirty and in bad condition. The neighborhood is extremely noisy at nighttime and early morning, but we had to keep windows open, because there is no A/C in the apartment. The sinks were clogged. One of the bed frames was broken. “Welcoming instructions” contained the list of threats and penalties. Overall, it is a low-quality accommodation which I do not recommend.

Very good equipment in the kitchen - cutlery, knives, microwave, stove, dishes, refrigerator... I parked for free because I was here over the weekend. Sorry for poor photo quality - made from video, bookingdot dont allow to upload video Slow Wi-Fi. THE APARTMENT NEED MAINTENANCE. The water faucet barely held in place. The light switch in the kitchen broke, it couldn't be turned off, I had to turn off the circuit breaker, but then the other lights didn't work. The shelves in the bathroom were missing, but the shelf holders remained...
