Serena (1/5): I’d rather die than ever go back there. - Nothing but unpleasant staff and security guards giving us creepy, suggestive looks while we were at the pool. This establishment is a complete nightmare. I absolutely do not recommend it — save your money. The reception staff is totally negligent and awful. It’s impossible to tell whether they are teenagers on a summer job or simply careless employees, judging by the complete lack of professionalism from some of them. Even though I had already returned the key, they still called me three times during the day claiming they did not have it. Considering their negligence, they most likely lost it themselves, which honestly does not surprise me. But bothering a guest three separate times after checkout is extremely inappropriate. This is clearly not a hotel worth your time. The bathroom still had hair on the floor from the previous guest. The cups were dirty, and the bed sheets even had holes in them. On top of that, the shower did not provide hot water. The staff is so unprofessional and rude that it becomes genuinely shocking. They are aggressive over the smallest things, allow themselves to yell at guests, and constantly give very uncomfortable and unsettling stares.

Adel (1/5): - J’ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et mon expérience a été très décevante. J’avais réservé une suite business, mais à mon arrivée, on m’a attribué une suite standard. Malgré la différence évidente de prestation, aucun ajustement de prix ni solution ne m’a été proposé. Le service client a été particulièrement insatisfaisant : le personnel à l’accueil s’est montré peu concerné et très nonchalant face à la situation. Mes remarques n’ont pas été prises au sérieux, et aucune tentative n’a été faite pour corriger l’erreur ou compenser le désagrément. En résumé, j’ai payé le prix d’une suite business pour une chambre standard, sans aucun geste commercial ni excuse valable. Une expérience frustrante qui ne donne pas envie de revenir.

Aleksei Kliuev (7/5): Достойный вариант за свои деньги и без депозита - Отличное расположение, отсутствие депозита, ключи на ресепшн здания, не нужно искать хоста. Новая посуда в полном комплекте это тоже плюс. Постель жесткая, чистая. Ключ-карта срабатывала через раз, мелкие поломки в виде защёлки на окне, полотенца уже можно было бы заменить на новые. Но это мелочи.

Preud'homme (10/5): Incroyable et à refaire sans hesiter. en étant flexible et patient - la situation, proximity de tout, tours Petronas, Parc, Metro, et street food de l'autre coté trop de monde à certain moments à la piscine et pas forcément présents pour nager. Eviter les periodes de pointes tout comme pour les ascenceurs qui pour la taille du batiment sont trop peu nombreux et lents.

Напор воды хороший . С горячей водой не было никаких проблем . Никаких залогов при въезде с нас не брали . Чек аут был за секунду в виде просто передачи ключа обратно . Ждать проверки номера не просили . Много отзывав , что в бассейне много людей и холодная вода . Я бы так не сказала . В целом при мне дважды там плавали 3-5 человек . А он очень большой . Остальные отдыхают вокруг . Мест полежать/посидеть конечно маловато . Это субаренда у большого отеля . Нам дали ключ на ресепшен и сказали все вопросы задавать по номеру в вотсапе . Один день нам там никто не отвечал . Я просила второе одеяло . На второй день ответили вежливым отказом . Хозяина мы даже не видели . В номере не было ни воды , ни чая/кофе . Просто квартира . Всего два полотенца. Ни разу за три дня никто не приходил с уборкой . Мусор у нас был горой . В номере по тумбочке и кровати бегали мелкие насекомые , типа блох каких то . Или это супер маленькие муравьи . Стекла окон грязные ( но так почти во всех отелях КЛ) . Окно одно не открывалось , другое , после открытия , не закрывалось . Мой молодой человек приноровился как-то его закрывать силой . Дорога рядом очень шумная . Даже с закрытым окном слышно мотоциклистов . Но это тоже характерно для всего КЛ в центре . Наш номер был 13А

Issa (1/5): Katastrophe! - Die Lage Das Zimmer war eine Katastrophe. Es war absolut dreckig werden, ohne Ende Ameisen im Zimmer und das Badezimmer hat nach Abfluss gestunken. Der Kundenservice ist eine reine Katastrophe. Nach Kontaktaufnahme wurde nur sehr, sehr spät geantwortet und es führte zu keinerlei Lösung! Ich warne vor diesem Apartment

Christina (2/5): Was not happy with the hotel at all. Pictures do not do justice to the place. - Location The room we received was very old and was smelly. The blinds on the big windows were broken so it was difficult to lift it. Staff was not helpful at all! Was difficult to get hold of the managers and their offer was not helpful either as we did not want ti split our family members into different floors and different rooms which did not have any view. We booked and paid for the view.

Nous étions au 9eme étages donc au moment de vouloir descendre l’ascenseur était la majorité du temps plein. Il fallait compter au moins 10 min pour monter ou descendre… La poussière derrière la télé n’était clairement pas faite, ainsi que au niveau de la cuisine. Présence de fourmis dans la cuisine.

Else Linnea (2/5): - Location is good, if you want to be close to the Petronas towers. Rooms are spacious. I would not recommend to stay here. The place looks luxurious, but it is a facade. There was no hot water in our room, the staff was not helpful and unable to help. They just told us to call a number to get help. When calling the number noone picked up for two days. Even when asking for an additional towel (we only got one for two people) we were supposed to call this number. Apart from no hot water and only one towel, the window was broken so we heard the street a lot. The bathroom cabinet was broken, and there was no place to hang our only towel to dry. The pool looks nice in the pictures, but it was ice cold and full of screaming children.

Deniz (7/5): Nicht gut Schallgeschützte Wände/ Hellhörige Zimmer - Das Hotel befindet sich sehr Zentral, wir sind ausschließlich gelaufen. Die Petronas Tower sind fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen (7Eleven ca. 8 min zu Fuß ;) . Das Hotel ist Sauber und ist super ausgesattet mit Föhn, Netflix Free, einer Kochniesche, sowie der wundervolle Pool mit einem super ausblick ( genau wie auf den Bildern) Das Hotel ist sehr stark & international besucht ( was auch sehr normal ist), jedoch sind die Zimmer/die Wände nicht Schall geschutzt. Man hört den Nachbar/in als wäre er/sie im gleichen zimmer. - wir hatten das pech das wir einen Nacharn hatten der nicht viel acht gegeben hat, die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Trotzt freundlichen ansprechen. - die Betten waren zwar groß und sauber, aber sehr Hart ( eventuell war unser Bett so)

Andrei Marian (8/5): Honest review - The location is 10 put of 10 and the pool is great. It's nice that you have drinkable water inside. Was not very clean, the bathroom furniture seems very old, We had half of toilet paper. We asked for toilet paper and towels and it took more than 4h to have them.

Martina (7/5): Swimming pool amazing with the view - Very good position near to the attractions They didn’t clean and change towels and bath things or refill the coffee, we had to ask for it few times, and they did. People work at the lobby a bit grumpy and very basic English

Valeria (4/5): For the price lower your expectations - The location was Good. Gym and pool were nice There was no hot water and the smell of tabaco was unbearable.

Michael (8/5): It was ok - The views, the apartment was on floor 29. The apartment wasn't as well furnished as I thought it would have been, the hot water didn't work in the kitchen sink or hand basin in bathroom. There were only two bath towels supplied, there wasn't a tea towel and the crockery and cutlery were only 2 items each, usually apartments come equipped with 4-6 settings.
Nita (5/5): - Good amenities The shower didn’t have warm water or rather it wasn’t working well. No fan remote. Table was quite dusty. No sound proof, hence the noise outside was quite disturbing.

Laura (2/5): Pésima atención - La piscina es lo mejor del alojamiento La atención al cliente es pésima. El personal que trabaja en recepción deja mucho que desear, desde dormir encima del mostrador a estar comiendo y tumbadas en las sillas. No permiten hacer el check-in antes de la hora indicada, por lo que a las 15:00 se forma mucha cola. Para hacer el check-out antes de la hora, no vale con ir a recepción, hay que mandar un WhatsApp al número de teléfono que indican. La cama es muy dura En cuanto a la ubicación, lo único que hay cerca son las Torres Petronas a 10 minutos andando.
MARINA (9/5): Perfecta relación calidad precio. Alojamiento super recomendable - La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos de la torres Petronas caminando. Y desde la piscina hay vistas preciosas y también desde el gym. Las instalaciones están muy bien. En hora punta puedes pasarte más de 10 minutos esperando ascensor. Y mi habitación daba a la parte de atra´s que hay una autopista y se escuchaban los coche bastante por la mañana, pero nada grave tampoco.

Ruby (9/5): I’d stay here again - Apartment is clean and spacious. WiFi and aircon worked great. The building is well equipped with a pool and gym. Be careful for some ants in the kitchen. Do not leave food out. The view isn’t great compared to other units.
