Guest Reviews
- Graham (8/5): Overall a nice place, most things worked as it should. - Location was good for us as we were going to the Fig Tree Function Centre. Didn’t have an ironing board, slats on bed are not secure and can slip out. No TV in the living area. No plug for the kitchen sink, nothing that worked well anyway.
- Philip (6/5): -
- MELANIE (8/5): - Lovely relaxing home, great location. The home is setup well with good amenities. Close to supermarket
- Sarah Suvidha (5/5): - Very homely, perfect location across cafe, lga. Beach ambience. Enjoyed the stay. Bathroom had a very bad stink. Maybe issue with septic.
- annie (8/5): - Big property, perfect for 4 or more people. Nice location, short walk to the beach and just across the road from the shops. Really comfy and relaxing stay.
- Piper (1/5): Double booked apartment and ghosted with no help or explanation. Would not trust this place! - My experience was absolutely unacceptable. Greg double booked the apartment leaving me to find someone else in the house I paid for well in advance. Considering this happened even after we were in contact about check in times and then refused to answer any calls or texts leaving me stranded with no where to go in the night. He continues to not call me/ message me back.
- Craig (8/5): Excellent stay - Location was brilliant It was all good
- Chris (7/5): -
- Kaliopi (7/5): Comfortable stay and good base to explore the area. - Convenient and quiet location. Easy drive to Byron shops and attractions. Little hard to find as google maps sent us to the incorrect location. Spoke to host who helped us locate the property.

- Felila (10/5): -
- Maryanne (3/5): Terrible - Nothing The place was filthy with dirty sheets on the floor and wet sheets left in the washing machine , the whole place was just dirty with a huge hole in the wall in the first bedroom , the bathroom smelt like a sewerage dump , the whole place just stunk , the windows sill has never been cleaned and the build up of dirt and dust was incredible ... so my hayfever was triggered . I wouldn't recommend staying here at all .
- Justin (10/5): -

- Holly (7/5): - Good location, good decor There was a sewerage/bore water spell coming from the bathroom during the day time!
- Glenda Annette (6/5): Short stay only , North Byron is away from water and central town . Not beachside as name denotes - Good size , off road parking , close shops (food , alcohol ) comfy beds, air cond . No microwave , one stain on one beds sheet , water in shower low temperature
- Kylie (10/5): Beautiful and clean will definately be a returning guest. Thanks so much for having me. Ellie x - Close to everything I needed Aesthetic was beautiful so calming a nice to come home to after a full day of study and activities

- ANNE-MARIE (8/5): - the unit had everything we needed! The kitchen was well equiped and the beds were comfortable. Supermarket on the other side of the road came in realy handy. Nice and quiet location, 5 min drive to centre of byron.

- Logan (3/5): I think the property needs maintenance and spring clean. - Location was great and facilities was great It was very dirty, the couch was filthy, the bedsheets had stains, the washing machine was mouldy the second bedroom had a hole behind the door, the carpet was dirty. The bathroom paint was peeling off.
- Preston (3/5): -
- Kirra-lee (7/5): Good! - Location was great. Cab stop right out the front to get into main town. it’s a trendy looking villa. Loved the design. Very homey Uneasy mould smell in the bathroom including bunch of ants and thought one of the bed sheets weren’t cleaned properly.
- Stephen (9/5): Fabulous neat, tidy and clean property in a great location with a most gracious host. - This was a super clean and comfortable, fabulously located property very near to North Byron Beach, adjacent to shops which were super handy.
The host could not have been more genuine and accommodating as well as easy to communicate with.
- Clair (10/5): East st - Great art
Comfy bed Hard to find
- Belinda (1/5): - The location was great, air on and a decent size for our family. The property had a bad smell that made us feel ill for the duration. Was a mixture between rubbish bin that was full of maggots and the bathroom drain. Also main bed was broken and one person slept on the floor.
Floors felt a little slimey.
- Chieh-En (10/5): -
- Anna (1/5): worst in 20 years of holiday rentals in Byron - never again. - washing machine worked well keys not available on arrival. no microwave, dirty cutlery drawers, no tea towels, hand towels or bin liner bags. Bed broke - slats not installed correctly. Host did not reply to texts or voicemail. Apartment far from town, lounge room was garage???? noise from bus stop and shopping centre. no key to security door.
- Cassandra (6/5): - Hosts were very responsive. Location. Place was generally a bit tired. Bed slats kept sliding off. Basic amenities lacking ( but most likely due to NYE rush). Wifi barely worked.
- Kumarasamy (10/5): -
- Eveline (8/5): We will come back again! - We loved the apartement, very nice rooms and comfortable beds! Nice location as well. Could have more kitchen utilities… unfortunately the oven was dirty, could have been cleaner. but other than that, fantastic
- Louise's training adventure (7/5): #Byrontrainingadventure - The mattress was comfortable
Spacious
Tidy
Great full size fridge
Out door area
Washing machine No microwave, I normally check before booking
The slats kept falling off the bed waking us up, it was annoying
No clothes washing detergent
No regular TV unless we accessed it through digital channels, a manual with info would have been good
- M (10/5): -
- Adi (9/5): -
- Taylah (8/5): - Great location, good size house, host was easy to communicate with Only downside was we had to empty the main bins ourselves as there were maggots in them
- Eamonn (10/5): -
- Kurt (9/5): -
- David (8/5): - La propreté, cosy et l'emplacement
- Erin (9/5): -
- Roisin (10/5): -
- Craig (7/5): great for a weekend - walking distance to stone and wood and lord Byron distillery.
Uber to town good value, and duelling pianos were fantastic
Sunday session. alert across the road will do you well for coffee, breakfast and anything- greatest carrot cake I’ve eaten
property was good for our needs property hasn’t got a letterbox, really needs to have 1-3 on the front to make it easy given the numbering system is different for people coming from interstate
- Ekaterina (8/5): -
- Lenten (10/5): Lovely finishing touches, great accommodation, good location, very happy. - Such a lovely place to stay. Difficult to locate but host answered when I called to direct me. Very happy.
- Erika (8/5): Lovely one night stay in a good location. - Good location, comfortable, quiet area. No microwave
- Susi (10/5): Overall, the gorgeous beach side villa is a great little get away. Definitely will be returning!! - Gorgeous little apartment only stayed 2 nights however it was amazing. No issues with the room, extremely well presented and close to the central town. There wasn't anything to dislike was an amazing stay.
- Stephanie (8/5): Appreciation for one night stay , enroute to Brisbane - Close to shops, cosy vibe Outside light blown, hard to see when arriving in dark, but that’s it
- Adriana (7/5): - Thank you for letting us check in before 3 pm. Greg made sure we could check in earlier as we indicated we'll be at the location around 1pm and 2pm. It was not very easy to find the location to be honest. Renovated small villa. Good size bedrooms, tv room is separate, which was nice. The beds were comfy, and everything you needed was there from the paper towels to soups, and washing powder. It's a little outdated, especially the bathroom. Not much use of the courtyard as its small. No internet but good selection of streaming services on the tv.
- Guest (8/5): - Good location, close to a shopping centre and some restaurants. A bit of a drive down to central Byron Bay but worth it.
