• Nicki (10/5): A stunning apartment which is a great base to explore this wonderful and unique city. - The location was absolutely wonderful. We were in a residential area but could see the main sights from the living room window. The vaporetto stop was very close by which made everything easily accessible. There were a few random steps inside the apartment which presented a challenge at times.

• stephen (10/5): Perfect location, lovely apartment. - Location is perfect. Peaceful and accessible with all tourist attractions just close enough and yet far enough away. N/A
• rocco (5/5): Alto potenziale, sfruttato male. - Posizione vicinissima alla fermata vaporetti, comodissima, nel parco, zona tranquilla, ascensore. Sala grandissima, camere spaziose. Purtroppo tutta la casa risulta poco curata. Per la polvere presente sembrava fossimo i primi ospiti dopo mesi di inutilizzo. Pulizia scarsa: polvere, tende logore, tende nelle docce, che non vedevo più dal tempo del militare, con macchie di muffa. Mancanza totale di armadi nelle camere da letto e quello nell'ingresso, usato per materiale tecnico. No aria condizionata, ma 2 ventilatori.

• Tobias (10/5): An extremely pleasant stay, and we would love to come back next year. - The apartment is spacious and well laid out, with plenty of seating options, including a dining table and a comfortable sofa. The decor is impressive, especially the large map on the wall, adding a unique touch to the space. The room layout is perfect for groups, offering a nice separation of spaces. Check-in was easy, and the location is excellent for Biennale visitors. We're not certain if there is actually an air conditioning system, as we didn't see any vents anywhere.
• György (8/5): Very good - I loved that the apartment is not in the touristic areas, (but close to the either on foot, or by boat) so you can see some of the few people still living in Venice. The restaurant downstairs is great, the bar nextdoor is just like any bar in Italy where people of every social class would pop in. It's a great place if you are sick of tourism but still have to go to Venice. The flat is huge, old hardwood-floor, some lamps and tiles from the seventies, so it feels like a real apartment, really cool, not like one of these uniform airbnb flats. But it feels old, so not everyone might like it. We were afraid that it will be a bit dirty, and nothing will work as another rating suggested, but it was absolutely clean and everything worked. Ok, once a fuse went out when we wanted to use the toaster, but that was all. We were very happy with it.
• Cengiz (9/5): Chick seaside apartment - A very welcoming guide, 2 set of keys. Away from the dirt of Venice. Very good neighbourhood. Very near to local transport. Very big apartment. Beautiful furniture. Could have been more clean.
• Ana (9/5): BIG and spacious apartment that is very well ran in a great location. - I have to give so much credit to the hosts, they were in contact with me days before we arrived, gave me advice on the best way to get to the property and Manuele was there to meet us at the boat dock to show us to the apartment, he gave me the key, maps and told me the best boats to take to everywhere we wanted to go. I loved the hospitality that I was given. The apartment itself is HUGE, you can definitely fit 8 people in there comfortably, the apartment is in a small neighborhood that was so cute and I really felt like I got to see how the people lived. The boats were very close and there was a park that you can go and walk around in. The only thing is my first night I slept in the room with bunk beds. I chose the bottom bunk and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I felt like slept on cement. For the rest of the time I slept on the pull out which was way better.
• Bruno (8/5): Great time in a wonderful flat - Very nice flat, with a lot of space for 4 persons. Two separate bathrooms. Great location near to a small park, 3 minutes to Lido by boat and some 10minutes by boat to the city, also nice to walk. Several small shops nearby for daily needs, also cafes and a nice restaurant. Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be great. We experienced a very hot period of time in Venice.
