• Andrii (3/5): My overall stay was ok. But the property is not. - The location is good, and maybe that is all. It is cold in the apartment. Heating is very low. Right before the check-in time you'll be requested to pay 150 EUR "deposit", which is impossible to get back, and you'll not be able to change anything as it is too late. In short avoid this property. Looks like scam. They know that you'll never return to that property so they think they can do like this.

• Roger (9/5): - The apartment is clean, cozy, and has everything you need. It's a 15-minute walk to the city center and metro 👍. Only one problem, it's very hard to find parking.

• Gonzalez Taboada (5/5): Buena opción para visitar Berlín pocos días. - Camas cómodas. Cocina bien equipada. Ubicación. Baño perdía agua por todos lados. Cobran por hacer entrada temprana pero cuando llegamos a nuestra hora aún estaba allí el personal de limpieza, que se dejó en el apartamento la bolsa con la ropa sucia de los anteriores inquilinos.

• Slavomir (10/5): Wonderful apartment in great location - Wonderful quiet apartment in great location, close to the U-Bahn and a great Greek restaurant. The floorplan is great and I loved the decoration. The tea kettle needs cleaning and the shower drains slowly.
• Riley (8/5): Does the job - Good enough, modern flat added to the courtyard of an apartment building. There is an espresso machine with a bean grinder. The company seemed nice when we texted. A tad expensive for rooms without a view, far from transit, and no included parking. The room could also use a broom/dustpan.

We were close to many U and S stations, as well as to restaurants and points of interest in Kreuzberg and surrounding neighborhoods. We highly recommend this place! Pillows and duvets could be better.

It would've been good to have a tea towel to dry the dishes with! And also a bath mat for when you get out of the shower.

• Aarron (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean, tidy and modern. The location is very good. Less than 5 mins to the U-station. There were plenty of facilities, cups, etc. The shower worked well also. The street and apartment block is rough as... Access is not straightforward either. It's not as easy as you expect. 1. There is a gate to get to the apartment block. We received the wrong code and had to stand outside in the rain for ages while wondering what the hell to do next. 2. When you get into the complex, it's the first door on the left, on the ground floor, with a keypad. There's another code for this. Again, the code didn't work. You have to enter a # after it or it doesn't work. 🙈 3. You receive another code also. We still have no idea what that code was for. We never used it.
• Sintija (8/5): Cozy apartment with great location. - Great location - public transport ir near the property. Cozy apartment with comfortable beds. It was confusing to find the apartment and it was not told that the door code also needed # at the end. The ceiling lamp at the last room was not working.

I would suggest posting pictures of the front door keypad and once enter into the courtyard, difficult to locate the door, again the picture of this area would help, also a picture of the keypad on the door of the apartment would help.

• Jonathan (7/5): A worthwhile stay in convenient location with excellent communication from the host - Location location location and the WhatsApp chat on behalf of the hosts. This allowed us to check in promptly The apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned, or inspected prior our arrival. Faulty light in bedroom, leak from toilet wash basin, had to ask for additional bedding - despite advising host that both my adult son and I were staying prior arrival. That said, these issues did not affect the overall satisfactory stay within the apartment. When in Kreuzberg….
