Guest Reviews
- Ryan (1/5): A dishonest listing led to a dissapoiting stay. - The property was in a great location, clean and the balcony provided beautiful views for a spot to relax in between site seeing. Unfortunately the property shown in the pictures is not the property we arrived to. The metal spiral staircase shown in the pictures has been ripped out, leaving holes in the floor. There is no bedroom or second balcony. The only bed is now the sofa which has been pulled out in to a bed and is genuinely the least comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The sofa bed splits in half down the middle during the night, the bars dig in to your spine and the adjacent window floods the apartment with light ensuring you’re set to wake up as soon as the sun rises.
The owners were unresponsive throughout our trip and did not reply to our questions surrounding the lack of bedroom/bed. Given the price we paid the apartment was a complete let down.
If you value a decent bed and an apartment that matches the pictures - don’t stay here.
- Donna (4/5): grubby access - view bathroom access to bedroom entrance way
- Lisa (9/5): Great stay! Felt like I was in Italy and not in a box hotel. Great location! - Loved the location! Able to walk to everything once there. Nice beer pub across the st. Loved having a washing machine. Terraces were lovely after a long day. Making sure my phone was fully charged as the front door needed to use an app to open it. Easy to do once I figured it out. But I carried a charge cord for my phone in case.
- Stewart (1/5): Bad - apartment is Crap.
stairs, awful bed, cramped, dont stay there
- Florent (9/5): Superb -
- Anastasiia (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, the view is beautiful, the apartment was clean and the mattress was very comfortable, the TV had Netflix The apartment was very very cold and also the second day of our stay the central heating turned off, so we were literally freezing. Thanks God there is an air conditioning there, so we've used it for heating. But we couldn't take shower because water was also cold.
The owner never answered our messages because of the automatic check-in system. That's why we were alone with our problems.
Also there were no drinking water in the kitchen on our arrival, no bidet in the bathroom and very uncomfortable stairs leading to the 5th floor. It was rather difficult to bring our luggage upstairs
- Anna (5/5): the worst check in experience - The check in process was awful. We notified about our late arrival and received approval for late check in. But host didn’t send any instructions and didn’t respond for our messages when we were already near the apartment. Finally we could call the flat owner but he also didn’t want to help us and we booked 1 night stay at another hotel after 1 hour waiting on the street at night.
Booking haven’t reacted to our complaint so it was the worst experience ever..
- Kričardas (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment location, kitchen equipment is sufficient. One set of bed linen was missing, it was only promises and no action for half a day. In the description of the apartment it is not written that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, so it is difficult with heavy luggage.
- Wei (10/5): Exceptional -
