It’s a lovely place, respectful of nature, and the perfect spot for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. They were so thoughtful and caring, and that affection and warmth made a part of my heart stay there. I’m going to miss it, and I’ll miss you both. We’ll see each other again soon.

• Ms (6/5): Nice location - Lovely location. Had a good night's sleep. Cosy bed. Pretty basic room, could have had a TV. Very intimate setting also, I would say more of a family home.

• Bernadette (8/5): Would highly recommend - I was made very welcome by the host & family. A lovely stay in a quiet location. 2 parks nearby & less than 10 minutes to local tube station. Kitchen facilities available for guests to use. I sat outside in the sunshine and enjoyed a morning cuppa made by my host. All in all a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Everything was good

• Groot (9/5): July 2024 - overnight weekend stay - I was expecting to stay at a premier inn/Travelodge for my trip but this got cancelled and I had to book at short notice, quite literally the day before. I was greeted with a friendly smile and received a warm welcome. Upon being shown my room I was immediately asked if I would like a drink and made a cup of tea. The room was cosy as described. Heating was available and also fresh air with the lovely old wooden sash windows. Marina was very considerate, helpful, attentive and available when I needed anything. The atmosphere in the house was peaceful. The view to the rear of the property was of the garden which was just as shown on the photos. Location was just a 5-10 minute walk from shops and amenities with good transport options. The house has lots of character and I liked marinas crystal collection on display 😃 My room was basic but everything that I needed for a good rest and locality for my trip and clean as you would expect. Upon leaving I was given a nice goodbye at the door and asked if I had all my belongings etc. I was also asked if I wanted anything to eat which was not included in the booking, unfortunately I had already eaten. It was very nice of Marina to offer this. I would stay again, thankyou Marina. Occasional noise from others but this has to be expected in a shared accomodation/house with other properties nearby....I can't complain about it though as I likely made noise that others could hear as well.. 🤗
• Deborah (9/5): Superb - I had a wonderful 2 weeks with Marina and Sam. They are such kind, friendly and thoughtful people. It was like a home away from home. I will stay here again when I come back to London. Everything that you need is available within minutes from the place. The available train and bus services nearby bring you to London quite quickly. 👍😀 Nothing
• Emilio (9/5): Wonderful hosts - Marina and Sam were wonderful hosts. I had to work from there in the mornings and I had no issue. They were careful and available for any doubt. The house and the room were comfy enough for the price. The neighborhood was nice, with green areas to run, well connected with the city center by tube, with all services and a good offer of restaurants and coffee places. Nothing. I'd book it again with this kind of plan.

• Christine (1/5): NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. 👎👎👎 - Extremely rude and sarcastic owner. Owner Making noises during the middle of the night 3am and 5am. He told to STAY SOMEWHERE IN OR NEAR CEMETERY IF THE CUSTOMER WANTED SILENCE.

• Clements (10/5): I was made so welcome and comfortable. I cannot recommend it enough. A brilliant place to stay. - I was treated to fabulous homemade whole grain and all sorts bread ❤️ The location was great for me. So close to the underground and the shopping centre. I would walk to the giant Sainsburys and M & S have a wander and a shop. Then out front of there. I could catch the bus to see my sister every day. So very, very convenient. Honestly, this lovely place was so good for me. The bed was so very comfortable and cosy, better than mine at home. Marina and Sam are excellent hosts who are so helpful with advice and ideas. I became very fond of them both and am looking forward to returning for another visit.
