Lieu calme et appartement confortable mais pas 'luxueux'. - Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la station de métro+ gare de Marylebone qui permet de se rendre facilement aux différents sites touristiques de Londres. La Bakerloo Line est vraiment pratique. Accès facile grâce à une boîte à clefs. Les extérieurs proche porte d'entrée, le hall de la montée et l'escalier ne font pas bonne appréciation car peu soignés et ménage négligé. Autre chose à savoir, peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, de plats pour le four... Il ne faut pas prévoir de faire grand chose côté cuisine. C'est un peu dommage car si on choisit un appartement c'est aussi un peu pour cette souplesse.

• Marian (8/5): Udany pobyt, polecam na krótki wypad do Londynu. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko środków transportu miejskiego. Wokoło dużo barów, restauracji i sklepów. Apartament bardzo przestronny i czysty, aczkolwiek przydałoby się kilka zmian na lepsze, np. meble w kuchni. Warto poprawić szczelność okien, bo zimą przepuszczają zimno.

• Mark (9/5): Large clean 2 bedroom fully equipped comfortable flat, fantastic location, offering excellent value - Flat was clean, warm, had a comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Landlord provided some basic snacks. tea, coffee etc which was appreciated on arrival. 2nd floor flat with no lift, no issue for me but be aware. Execllent value as 3 minutes walk from Marylebone station. Although I stayed on my own, the flat is a spacious 2 bedroom flat with fully equipped kitchen, even basic toiletries provided. I'd definitely use again. Perfect if attending a conference at the Landmark which I was. Highly recommended. I was happy with everything and the flat exceeded my expectations and great value.

• Susana (10/5): Genial - Podría decir que todo en general, confort, calentito, colchones, detalles de bienvenida, toallas y geles..... A lo mejor no es tan imprescindible pero no había tijeras para cortar una pizza y los cuchillos no cortan mucho, no haber alguna sartén mas, porque solo había una y dejar lo básico como aceite, sal azúcar y por último que se especifique que es un segundo sin ascensor y con unas escaleras estrechas, ya que yo soy una persona mayor y con alguna enfermedad y gracias a la persona que venia conmigo.
• Gabriele (3/5): - In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine nett eingerichtete, komfortable und super gelegene Wohnung. Direkt nebenan gibt es Zug-,Bus- sowie U-Bahnverbindungen. Wenn man gerne läuft ist auch der Weg zu Fuß in die City gut zu schaffen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Eigentlich perfekt für eine London- Aufenthalt mit der Familie. In der ersten Nacht kamen wir spät in London an und hatten leider den falschen Code für die Schlüsselbox bekommen. Nach 21.00 Uhr war jedoch weder per Mail, WhatsApp noch per Telefon jemand zu erreichen. So mussten wir mit zwei Kindern nachts eine vorübergehende Unterkunft suchen, die uns zusätzliche 200 Pfund gekostet hat ( was noch billig ist für Londoner Hotelpreise). Erst morgens nach 9 war wieder jemand von Magic Stay zu erreichen. Eigentlich war das Personal sehr hilfreich und betroffen und uns wurde eine Wiedergutmachung versprochen. Der neue Code, der uns daraufhin zugesandt wurde, war problemlos nutzbar. Sehr enttäuscht bin ich jedoch, dass danach nie wieder jemand für uns erreichbar war, um eine Erstattung der Hotelkosten, oder wenigstens eine Rückzahlung der nicht genutzten Nacht in der Wohnung abzuwickeln. Das ärgert mich sehr, weil das den ganzen schönen Eindruck der Unterkunft überschattet. So viele Unannehmlichkeiten anfangs und das zu einem erheblichen Mehrpreis ohne dass sich jemand um unser Anliegen kümmert! Ich hätte erwartet, dass sich wenigstens auf meine etlichen Nachrichten jemand mal gemeldet hätte! Das geht für mich gar nicht!!!

• Lucia (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Marylebone. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located close to shops, cafes, and transport links. The host was very responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay again!

• Ricky (2/5): Horrifically dirty apartment, completely unimpressed - The property itself was nothing special. It was in a nice area of London and provided a place to sleep, but that's as far as I'd go. I would never call this place "Luxury." The entire apartment wasn't clean, despite having run into the cleaning staff when checking in. There were giant hairballs on the floors across the entire property and every wall had some level of discoloration from scuffs. The bathroom particularly was atrocious. It had disgusting sections of grime and mildew around and within the shower. The markings along the window looked to be mold. It seemed as if none of this had been touched by a cleaner in months. On top of this, the shower either ran at scorching hot or freezing cold. There was no in between, and it, and the sink, would clog and pile water when you tried to use them. Both of the dressers in the bedrooms were broken, and the doors would fall off of them if you touched them. A majority of the cabinets in the kitchen are not installed properly, so the doors never are actually shut. One of the windows in the bedroom has a large crack in it. If I hadn't myself run into the cleaners when entering the apartment, I would think that the place was never cleaned. I wish I could add more photos.
• Richard (9/5): Superb - Location, location! Superb spot close to Marylebone tube, buses and Baker Street tube. Easy access from Paddington station and St Pancras which was great as we arrived on Heathrow Express and left on the Eurostar. Easy walk to the charming Marylebone High Street and on to Oxford/ Bond Street. The apartment itself was clean and functional being located within an old London apartment block. While it is not luxury (more spartan) and could do with some upgraded amentities everything works and it is so spacious considering the prime location - which was most important to us. The beds/ doonas etc and sofa bed were super comfortable. The apartment is up a number of flights of stairs so bear this in mind but Mark who checked us in helped with bags which was great. Great communication from the manager. Highly recommended and good value for London.

• Max (8/5): Serviceable not luxury - Great location, loved the bottle of wine and well stocked with toiletries and towels. Clean, light and quiet for such a central location. Guy who met us was great and communication was prompt and easy. 'Luxury' is not a word I would use to describe the apartment, rather 'serviceable'. Tiles need replacing in the kitchen, broken cupboard door hinges, cutlery and crockery all needed washing before use. Windows we're dirty/paint stained and one pane cracked. Furnishings are cheap and the shower tray stained and dirty. None of this affected our stay but don't expect 'luxury', it's definitely not that.

The amenities and the snacks on arrival were fantastic after a long journey. The host was very responsive and suer helpful, gave us fantastic recommendations about where to go and what to see locally and further out. My next visit to London will definitely be with molly. Everything, the shampoo conditioner and shower gel on our first day saved us as we didn’t have time to go to a supermarket

Hassle free check in despite my last minute booking and a very charming host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we had a very comfortable nights sleep with our lovely clean and fresh bedding! Great towels and lovely toiletries provided too! Thanks for a great place to stay! We wiill be back for longer next time Having to leave!!
• Taylor (10/5): Honestly a great value for money would 100% recommend - We absolutely loved our stay here. The location of the property was great. Our host was an amazing lady, really easy to communicate with. She was there on on our arrival to great us and show us around making sure we knew where everything was and how it worked. She was also kind enough to explain some of the local area and gave us many ideas of what to do whilst staying here. The apartment was extremely clean. She provided us with a welcome package, towels and toiletries for our stay and the beds were made to a hotel standard which was a great touch. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better host and property to stay at! We will most definitely be staying here again in the future.
