• Johnathon (9/5): Overall really enjoyed it and would definitely come back again. Can't beat the location! - Location was fantastic, key pickup and drop-off was easy, car parking was great. Communication from the host was exceptional! Wifi was average, lounge and dining furnishings need updating (not very comfy couches or dining chairs) Street noise is quite audible from trams, sirens, horns etc but probably more noticeable for us as we are not used to it.

• Yuan Jia (9/5): The rooms are quite comfortable and the location is great. - The front door requires a key to open from inside which is pretty inconvenient during an emergency. You are unable to open or lock a door from the inside of the property without a key.

• Shane (5/5): Average and annoying that if there where any problems we had to try and ring people, there was no staff to deal with sim - Location No staff at location. Having to find somewhere to park then walk to the IGA to get keys and the same on checkout was incredibly annoying. Having to pay security deposit separately and give bank account details to wait 7 days to get refund was unprofessional and have never come across this before, makes things very suspicious and uncomfortable
• Laurene (7/5): Our stay went well without too many dramas, everything was in walking distance to get to - The location was great, a tad noisy but convenient, we would stay there again. The sofa bed that we paid extra for to be set up was very uncomfortable with a big slat of timber in the middle, so much so that our daughters friend wouldn't sleep in it and decided to go home. They were only staying the one night with us anyway but it was a waste of money. There were a couple of chairs that had previously been damaged that we were too scared of sitting on as they felt like the legs would break off.

• Marley (3/5): Absolutely disgustingly filthy - The dirty bandaids beside the bed could have been removed. The air consider working would have been nice. A cover over all of the fluid stains on the couch and carpet would have let me sit somewhere The cupboard hanging of on one hinge was just disturbing.

• Estelle (5/5): It was okay place for a short stay - Close to the crown and close to the restaurants on the water Was a confusing set up with the reception not helping and having to go to the IGA wasn’t professional at all. The house wasn’t that clean, stains on the couches and rugs it was was filthy. Black hairs left on the bed and old eyelashes left on the bed side table lamp. Dirty marks over the walls. It didn’t feel up to standards we were expecting and was disappointing.
• Chantal (10/5): Absolutely amazing - The apartment was perfectly homey while still feeling like a place for holiday. The location was perfect and staff were easy to get on with. At first, I did think it was too good to be true with the limited reviews on Booking.com, so I was a bit sceptical, but it was every bit fantastic! They even had tea, coffee and sugar on hand with heaps of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils. I don't feel like I need to tell you about the view. It's as incredible as you think. I spent hours just sitting and watching the sun set. It wasn't as much a didn't like it, just noting some small maintenance/cleanliness issues in the apartment. The tap in the kitchen was incredibly loose and there was a stray false nail in the wardrobe door tracks in the 3rd bedroom. Otherwise, absolutely perfect.
