Agnes (7/5): Good value for money with good location - Good location, close to my family and jb central. Spacious and nice view the drain of shower is miserable. We have to rush taking shower to not flood the bathroom. The heater doesn’t work properly in last 2 days. From time to time, we saw cockroach (we stayed 7 nights). The power socket at microwave doesn’t work. Usually in a hotel, they provide a big and a small towels for each guest. But we only saw 2 big towels

Mageswari (1/5): Avoid booking at Twin Galaxy Residence and getting scammed. - Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Difficult to get the owner as we were having problems with deposit transaction. Almost an hour to get it done to the unit B19-09. Deposit to be refunded within 24 hours by yap chia chien but till today (5th day), not refunded. Got scammed I think. Rubbish not cleared in our unit. Takes us time to find the rubbish unit outside.

Soon (7/5): overall stay is ok. cannot sleep well due to inconsiderate neighbours above. - The location was convenient. Faulty door and leaking hose in the Master bedroom. Access card for the property, and the lift don’t work all the time.

Jumali (7/5): Very Good. - TV and in House Entertainment need to improve. WIFI internet connection is good but SmartTV App not working when we were there. Cannot navigate the Apps. Locations is great. Numbers of restaurants and eateries nearby. There's family mart and also self service laundry. Very convenient. Can cook that is great. Customer Service very responsive however maintenance is remote. Anyway we understand this is not like a hotel. For long stay next time we can consider staying again.
Guang (7/5): Good Stay, but need improvement. Quality doesn’t match the money spent - Good stay but not the best and got room for improvement, the place was located well, the room level is high and the view is good. over cleanliness was okay but not great, the environment felt good. wouldn’t pay that much for the stay though as there are more properties around JB with the same price and feels much more worth it. the quality of the room and service and be much better for the price the cleanliness was a not done well, there were still food remains in the sink by the previous stay. TV wasn’t easy to use at all and was hard to navigate. No hangers, no tissue, no proper hand soap. checking in and out was a little hassle (having to travel a bit and it was raining heavily) although it is suppose to be a self-checkin.
Thien (5/5): Could have done better imo. - Comfortable place. Feel like a nice place to stay. Security is friendly. Instructions to enter were unclear. The other side only give the PDF manual after I ask many times via text. SmartTV but nothing is working after multiple attempts to connect to Wifi and using our own login attempt. Basically just an accessory. The place is infested with cockroaches. visiting us every 30' at night. The common toilet door handle is broken. They only sent over a handyman to fix the door only after we request to change the accomodation.
Chuchin (4/5): Disappointing - interior looks nice but not clean my room was told to be ready at 4pm which is already delayed frm 3pm. but when i reach at 4+ and collect my key from minimart the minimart person couldnt find the key and told me room still cleaning and replace another room for me. went to that room and realized is someone else’s home and i receive wrong residence key. whatsapp UHA and turns out my room is NOT EVEN CLEANED YET. i waited at lobby close to 40 mins for the cleaner to arrive and come bring us up.m, so we are greeted by a messy and unclean room with baby cockroaches on the floor. left the room and was told room is ready only at almost 6pm. if i needed to rest badly i wont be able to. and when i came back there were still cockroaches on the floor. toilet floor wet because bidet leaking. floor doesnt feel clean. water pressure weak. will not return.
