After the long and exhilarating ride, it was the perfect place to return to, the staff were welcoming and the whole experience felt effortless. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring northern Vietnam!

Chris (9/5): Amazing staff, good location, room isn't great - The staff was absolutely amazing, Jackie at reception was extremely friendly, accommodating and supportive. Always wishing a good day or a good night, asking if they could help with anything. Helping with recommendations in the city. The aircondiditoning system did not work well. As the hotelrooms are small the bed is very close to the airconditioning, which is only about a metre above the bed. Because of this you are either too warm, or freezing at night, there is no in between as the airco blows right on you in the bed.

Freya (10/5): Gorgeous place and attentive staff !!! - Clean, perfect, gorgeous interior, amazing and attentive staff and perfect location. Situated on the edge of beer street. Not noisy at night as it’s not on the loud part of beer street. The staff get u everything you need and are so kind. The interior is beautiful. We had a small leak and were moved to an even better room immediately. Would recommend to everyone !! It was fab !!
Ben (6/5): Wasn’t bad but wouldn’t come back - Well located in the old quarter for convenience to everything you want to see Old and pretty beaten up room. The shower head fell off when I turned it on, luckily not on my head. Not much apology from reception other than fixing it back on. There’s a kettle I used for coffee but nowhere other than the bathroom to plug it in?

The price for this hotel was excellent, and I honestly think you get a lot for what you pay. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and professional from the very beginning. A special thank you to Jackie, who was always there to help me with anything I needed. No matter what question or request I had, Jackie responded immediately and made sure everything was taken care of. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Shane Jamie (10/5): So wie es sein sollte - Von der Lage, dem Personal und dem Zimmer war alles optimal. Auch eine Tour nach Ninh Binh, welche ich über das Hotel gebucht habe hat super funktioniert. -

Leider bekamen wir bei Ankunft ein Zimmer ohne Tageslicht, konnten aber ganz unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis am nächsten Morgen in ein größeres und besser ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Balkon wechseln.

Jade (10/5): - We had such a great stay! Even before we arrived, the staff were already very accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we had to change our dates, and they were really helpful and understanding throughout the process. They also arranged an airport pick-up for us, which made our arrival so much easier and stress-free. After a long journey, it was nice not having to worry about navigating from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with tea, and the receptionist was so friendly. She gave us a map of the Old Quarter and recommended places to visit and eat. We tried the pho restaurant that she suggested and absolutely loved it. The hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby has plenty of seating areas, which is perfect if you need to relax or get some work done on your laptop. What really made our stay special was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. They also offer help with planning your itinerary and can arrange tours to different attractions around Vietnam if you don’t have anything booked yet. We also used their laundry service, which was very convenient. We honestly wish we had stayed longer. Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay in Hanoi so comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Balaji (8/5): - The location is amazing. Right in the heart of old quarter, everything is within 5-7 mins of walking. Train street, Hanoi weekend night market, Hoan Kiem lake are accessible. The room was a bit cramped. It may work for a single person travelling alone. But for two people with luggage, there wasn't enough space. No window, no ventilation besides the AC. We kept hitting things or dropping items as there was no space for two people to stand and move about in the room. It's good if you only use the room to sleep. It is "exactly" as seen in the images.
