- batista (4/5): A localização é boa por ser perto da praia do pontal e da praia da macumba , porém a rua do lugar é muito suja e o apart - Localização é boa Limpeza precária . Falta de itens de higiene do local (rodo, pano de chão e instruções para descarte de lixo) Banheiro sujo e pia quase entupida !

- Faria (9/5): Bom - Em relação a proximidade da praia é excelente, porém a localização do bairro não é boa.. não é muito bem frequentado. O apartamento é ótimo, mas estavam faltando algumas luzes - acredito que estavam queimadas. Microondas também não estava funcionando
- Kelly Dortmans (9/5): I would highly recommend this apartment - Great location. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms a kitchen with all the utensils you need. Hot water shower.. I stayed at the apartment for 15 days and itvwas really nice that the apartment was cleaned after a week. The beds arent really comfortable. (back pain) I only got one towel and it took 4 days to get me some extra towels. The fact that i had to stay at the apartment while it was cleaned was a proper waste of 3 hours (it would probable take me one hour to clean the whole apartment)
