Guest Reviews
- Lara (10/5): It was great and I would definitely recommend it. - I loved how spacious the home was, me and my girlfriends had the best time and also it was really great that we were able to easily contact the host. Having parking on the property would have been a bonus, however, we were able to get an overnight parking permit for around $20 and parked right outside the property which was great.

- Michelle (2/5): Expensive and dirty! - Location - a 3 minute walk to my brother’s house The place was filthy! The floors had food waste and dirt everywhere. The kitchen counters were sticky with food residue. The refrigerator door handles and microwave actually had food stuck to it. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. There were huge yellow stains on the bedsheets and mattress pad. When I removed the mattress cover on the king bed old chips and a dirty fork fell out. There was long brown hair on the bedding. The bathrooms had been wiped down but NOT cleaned/scrubbed. The shower doors had soap scum. The basement bathroom toilet paper holder was held up with velcro and since both sides were fasteners (no hooks) it fell off as soon as you touched it. There was pellets of dog or cat food on the flooring the basement.
When I informed the hosts they said their cleaners had spent hours cleaning the house. I disagree. The hosts offered to send the cleaners back and said they would come right away. They never came. The hosts did drop off a new mattress pad for the king bed.
Fortunately, there was a washer and dryer on the premises. I washed all the bedding before the rest of my family arrived. We used our own pillows, blankets and towels that I borrowed from my brother’s house. I swept all the floors and cleaned the kitchen.
We paid over $4200 for 6 nights. Absolutely ridiculous that I would need to clean the place for it to be useable.
The hosts said our payment hadn’t gone through and they could cancel our reservation. The charge had already gone through my credit card and I was not confident that I could get my money back. Also, it would have been difficult to find alternate accommodations on such short notice.
I deliberately swept, cleaned and removed the bedding we used and left it by the washing machine before we left.

- Ana (3/5): Disappointing - Loung kitchen area. Basement shower was good. We had to clean bedsheets and towels on arrival as some of them had clearly not been washed since previous guests. General deep clean required. Some electrics needed fixed. Air con wasn't working upstairs so extremely hot in those rooms. Finally, there are only 3 double beds and one sofa bed at the property so if you are hoping for 5 or more separate beds as advertised in the description then you will be disappointed
