- sandrini (4/5): A casa é "boa", porém precisa melhorar bastante! - Gostei do tamanho da casa, principalmente da cozinha e da sala. São cômodos amplos. E a banheira é bem agradável. Não gostei que um dos banheiros não tivesse acento sanitário (tive que comprar e acabou ficando). Não gostei do ar condicionado funcionar apenas no primeiro dia e depois não funcionou mais. Não gostei que a chuva entra pela porta (mesmo fechada) molhando toda a sala e a cozinha.
- Walison (9/5): Casa linda e bem localizada. - O local é de fácil acesso à represa. A casa é muito bem arejada e confortável, fácil de chegar, e o ambiente e muito bonito. Conta com um SPA que funciona muito bem e tem uma ótima vista. A casa fica no caminho de acesso à represa utilizado por algumas embarcações e não possui muros separando esse acesso. Por isso, pode haver um certo movimento no local, o que talvez reduza um pouco a sensação de privacidade.
