• PAVEL (10/5): - Очень атмосферный, исторический дом, находиться за палаццо Векью. Оформление квартиры в стиле средневековья, а недостаток естественного освещения придает таинственности. Как писали в других отзывах похоже на дворец с современными удобствами. Для изучения Флоренции идеальное расположение и стиль квартиры Мелкие недостатки - наличие комаров, но решаемо с использованием спецсредств, шум на улице в основном рано утром из-за загулявшей молодежи. Но оформление, размеры и оснащение техникой квартиры просто великолепно.
• Guest (10/5): Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille c’est un endroit idéal! - L’emplacement est idéal, l’établissement est confortable est bien équipé pour y passer de bonnes vacances! Nous n’avons manqué de rien! Les déchets il n’y a pas de poubelles dans l’immeuble il faut se rendre à un pont de collecte qui se trouve plus loin.

• Amanda (8/5): Historic delight with excellent location - This place is in an ideal location to explore the city. It’s close to everything. 5 minute walk to a nice grocery. The apartment is large and spacious. As a family of 5 we were happy to enjoy the space. I loved having a washer and dryer combo machine. So helpful when traveling with children. Has a unique historic feel. Great value for the size, amenities and location. As others have mentioned its feels a bit dark without lots of natural light. The bedrooms still felt warm despite having the AC running. We slept on the lower level on the pull out couches.

• Jacinta (9/5): Couldn’t be better located to the Cathedral and Baptistery, Uffitzi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and all restaurants! - The location was great. A short walk to everything. Absolutely everything! Closing the curtains in the living caused a bit of a dusty mess. It is also surprisingly noisy for a side street.
• Francisco (7/5): Nice location for a big studio - I love the location The rooms were separated by curtains. More like a giant studio than a flat. No privacy. And no natural light.
• Jens (9/5): Superb - Very large apartment in very central location. Felt a bit like staying in a palace or museum.Lots of sitting options and well equipped kitchen. There was not a lot of sunlight (at least in winter) despite of the huge windows.

• Jason (3/5): Don’t stay here in the hot summer months! No AC!! - Location is the best thing about this property The owner controls the temp of the AC and would not agree to lower the temp. We asked multiple time and they didn’t seem to car that the apartment was incredibly hot. Too cheap to pay to cool the place I guess. Beware of mosquitoes if you open the windows to get a little ventilation.
• Vladimir (7/5): Mixed feelings - Large, good location. Indeed, it smells sewage in certain places from time to time. The smell is bearable, but you must know it in advance and prepare mentally. Communication was not quite good - we did not get an answer to where are garbage bags and where is the anti-mosquito device. As a results they have bitten us in the last two nights

• Dr (5/5): Not luxurious, dark apartment, mosquitos but nice sheets - Location and sheets Dark inside all day, not all light light switches easily found; Extra tax (?) had to be paid in cash into the key safe but booking.com had said all taxes were included in the price; Definitely not luxury - not luxurious; Two small saucepan lids but no corresponding saucepans; Upstairs is so noisy, thumps and bangs from the residence up there go on for hours every night; TV is very old and barely responsive, perhaps one of the absolutely earliest smart models; Mosquitos - use the device upstairs and shut curtains to try to prevent being eaten alive; Switch for stairs as you go out are to right of door and essential.

Next time would think twice before do - Was close to some of the attractions Had two flights of stairs so was very difficult to take heavy bags upstairs and downstairs. Even in the apartment the bedrooms were upstairs and very narrow staircase so was very difficult to carry suitcase upstairs. The bedrooms has large windows and balconies with no doors just curtains so there is no privacy. Mirrors in rooms was faded barely could see anything. Bathrooms was very old and tiles grouts need cleaning. All faucets were wobbly. The apartment was very dark.

• Lisa (10/5): A unique, well equipped apartment in an excellent location and would highly recommend. - The location was amazing as it was so close to the Duomo and Piazza del Signoria. Also it was very quiet and the air-conditioning was very powerful during the heatwave. The power did go out once per day and probably not a good place for young children due to the steep stairs.

• Mehreen (8/5): Very good - Location is really great, very central. Huge space. We'll equipped with all necessary things. Nice place but wont call it a luxury apartment. Since it's an old building, there was a sewage smell in some parts of the apartment. Mattress and pillows not very comfortable. No lift to carry luggage up to the apartment, which is on the 1 st floor. Also, the host expects you to be out of the apartment at 10 am and there's no facility to store the bags, I was road in black and white it's not a hotel and I should pay to have the luggage stored. Had to sit in the piazza vecchio for 3 hours before heading to the station to catch the 2 pm train.
• Ros (9/5): Fabulous historical apartment in centre of Florence. - Amazing old place with abundant historical features. Sitting room really spacious and kitchen really well equipped. location perfect. Communal areas really spacious but bedrooms quite small (just a function of the challenge of converting these historical buildings). Main bathroom had a bit of a musty smell some of the time.

I chose this place over nearby hotels due to the idea of it being our own space and it was stated as being luxury, I would have happily stayed in a one room hotel room instead. Luxury is not how I would describe the place.

• Veronique (8/5): quiet and great location. Water dripping from the ceiling in the 2nd bedroom around midnight - Beautiful Florentine house. Equipped with a washer. Centrally located . Very little privacy between the 2 bedrooms. No shampoo , and having to lug out our garbage after paying €60 for cleaning fee.
