• Andria (8/5): Great stay near Universal - Great location to Universal Studios and international drive outlet mall.Shuttle service was offered to save you the 45-50 dollar parking fee. Breakfast was good ! Scale in lobby for weighing luggage was nice! I loved having fridge and microwave in the rooms. Bathrooms could be updated and more modern. More fruit options at breakfast.
• Luiz Henrique (3/5): Quarto com péssimas instalações e precisando de reforma urgentemente. - O hotel possui transfer ao parque gratuitamente, chuveiro com excelente pressão, ar condicionado barulhento, mas gela super bem , boa cama, água bem aquecida, funcionários super simpáticos, estacionamento amplo e ótima localização. Quarto muito antigo e em péssimas condições. Não pedi para trocar porque estávamos muito cansados e seriam apenas 2 dias, mas é deprimente. Privada solta do chão com risco de acidente, gancho da cortina do box caindo, exaustor do banheiro com papel higiênico colado para reduzir acho eu que a trepidação, cheiro forte de bolor passando para as toalhas e roupa de cama e quarto muito escuro com luz apenas no abajur. Não indico e não voltaria.

• Victoria (7/5): I think it was good overall, but I don’t think I would stay there again - We liked the pool, the ample space in the rooms, laundry and the location. Room was cleaned every day during our stay. Staff was super nice! Breakfast was pretty boring, they didn’t change it up not even a bit. The lids for the coffee cups weren’t even the correct size. Not enough sunbathing benches/chairs in the pool area, only 2.

Hotel zapewnia bezpłatny autobus, ktory podwozi do parku rozrywki tzw. shuttle bus (ok. 8 min). W poblizu duzy wybor jedzenia. My skorzystalismy ze sprawdzonego amerykańskiego iHopu, ktory jest naprzeciwko hotelu. Nigdzie nie trzeba było jechac i szukać. Dodatkowo ogromny plus za mega wygodne łóżka. Śniadania niestety takie sobie. Da sie zjesc, ale wybor mały.

De plus, les bagels étaient très petits et ne semblaient pas de première fraîcheur. »

• Pao (10/5): Excelente para ir a parques y compras - Cómodo, salíamos luego de desayunar y regresamos muy en la noche. De lo vivido, todo bien.

O atendimento foi excelente, tem restaurantes próximos, tudo funcionou super bem. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouquinho mais organizado com um iogurte e mais máquinas de waffle, acaba ficando uma fila.

Toiletries could have been better. Breakfast was not great for grab n go but if you had time to stay not bad.

I asked for assistance with the unit and a maintenance technician was sent to fix it and he just shrugged and left. Since we were staying only one night, it wasn’t worth the fight to get him back or request a change. But, come on! Florida, you need A/C units to function properly.
