Грубый персонал, общение сквозь зубы, через переводчик в основном, по-английски не говорят, либо говорят очень плохо, что ничего не понять. номера старые, душные, грязные.На просьбу сдвинуть кровати, нам кивнули и захлопнули дверь, пришлось самим их двигать.ужасная слышимость, все что происходит в соседних номерах и в коридоре слышно так как будто все ваши соседи у вас в номере на кровати сидят. Вай-фай слабый. В холле на этаже старые пыльные ковры, никакой вентилляции, везде как в бане.

If you're just stopping over for a few hours in Guangzhou and don't want to roam the airport, it's good enough. I wouldn't book it for more than 1 day. Due to it being summer and hideously humid, the shower has mold. Anyone with experience in a humid environment knows how hard it is to keep on top of it. The shower also leaks. You get what you pay for, essentially.

• Angel (3/5): Terrible experience - About 5-10 min car ride from the airport, free shuttle provided. Requested a non smoking room but ended up with a guest room with terrible cigarette odor. The bathroom also smells urine odor. No windows. The Air conditioning wasnt able to clear the bad smell. Needed to wear a mask the entire time but still could smell the cigarette and urine odor. Reported to the front desk the next morning. They claimed the room smells because the previous guests smoked inside the room and the housekeeper did not keep the door open to let the smell out. It appears that the hotel let guests smoke in ALL rooms, regardless nonsmoking rooms. Not recommend If you hate cigarette.

The hotel is not expensive, it is a chain hotel, so everything is very standardized, the overall experience was beyond my imagination, I did not expect to stay at this price is very good, the receptionist is polite and very nice. The manager of the hotel was even more friendly, knew a little bit of English and would patiently tell me how to use the transportation, which made my impression of Guangzhou very good, I hope you all are well! ：）

• Alvaro (7/5): Good - Well, you get what you pay for. In that sense, very good value for money. For this low price you cannot expect anything fancy. Gets the job done of providing you with a comfortable and quiet night of sleep. Friendly staff with very limited English skills. They use a speech translator app on their phone to communicate with you in English at the reception. Upon arrival, they provided me with hot tea, two steamed Baozi buns and a chicken egg - just like that for free which was very nice of them :-) Smoking is allowed everywhere in the hotel, so you will definitely smell the smoke in your room, which is a bit unpleasant for a non-smoker like myself, but you will survive for one night. The hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport is not very reliable. I had to wait for an hour and multiple phone calls in Chinese (airport staff helped me translate from English) until someone picked me up from the airport with a licence plate different from what the hotel had mentioned in their email which made identifying the right car difficult. Walking those 8 km to the hotel would have been faster than taking the shuttle service. Taking the shuttle service back to the airport from the hotel at 5 am did not work at all as the receptionist lady unexpectedly did not manage to book a driver that early in the morning. So in the end, I decided to run the 8 km to the airport with my luggage (in 40 minutes, my personal best time!) in order not to miss my flight.

There is a market place nearby and I could use some 24 hour open restaurants which was fine. * Hotel's frontdesk lady was nice. She used sufficient level of English and answered my picky questions easily. * Free airport pick up service was nice. All you need to do is to make a single phonecall to the frontdesk once you arrive at Baiyun airport. Bedroom was cold and smelled bad. It is not just this hotel's problem but Guangzou's. The City is so polluted and smelly. You will be able to sense some dusts are piling up on your shoulder.
