• vaida (9/5): - A lot of space, very clean, three bathrooms, one on each floor. Close to metro lines, about 40 minutes to city center. The neighborhood is a little bit dodgy. Check in and check out hours can be more flexible, 10am check out is too early.

• Gerald (6/5): Bien mais probleme de propreté et décoration... - Le nombre de chambre et de salle de bain. Cela a permi á mes 2 enfants d avoir leur chambre privée. Propreté vraiment pas satisfaisant. Moisissure dans la vaisselle, miette sur le plan de travail de la cuisine, papier toilette partout dans une chambre, exterieur un vrai decharge. Decoration cassée necessitant une renovation.

• joel (9/5): L'allotjament va complir amb totes les expectatives. Molt contents, hi tornaríem segur!. - Ubicació bona, comlpeix amb el publicat a la web. En general tot molt correcte. L'únic que no ens va acabar d'agradar és que els matalassos dels llits són molt tous i ens enfonsàvem cap al centre. La resta genial.

• Liam (8/5): Staff were great in organising everything. Vibrant location. - Parking outside brilliant for London. Living room was nice. Location was great for food, bars and amenities etc. Great location for Wembley which is why we stayed there. Some of the furniture could do with updating. The bed in the room on the left on the first floor had a broken slat. Shower in the bath wasn’t brilliant. No bottle opener in the kitchen.

Le personnel est disponible, flexible et réactif. Nous n’avons pas été déçu et reviendrons sans hésiter Nous avons pas de points négatifs

• Jane (10/5): Busy ladies weekend. Fabulous - The communication and ease of access was first class. The location is very convenient for transport links. Close to tube stations and buses. Felt very safe. Very vibrant area with lots of shops cafes and bars. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had every convenience. Lounge area and dining area very spacious. Private back garden and parking to front. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls. A fan in each room. It was warm but there was full central heating if needed. Very enjoyable stay. Lots of clothes hanging space in the wardrobes and plenty of hangers. Very pleasant owners or management. Nothing too much trouble. Such a lovely garden area could do with a makeover maybe. The blind in the top bedroom needs sorting out. I kept having to wedge it to keep it open. We had a small issue the first day with hot water but it was resolved immediately after reporting it. Nothing spoiled our enjoyment
• SIMA (9/5): שהות נעימה בדירה מקסימה. - הדירה היתה מרוהטת היטב, עם כל מה שמשפחה זקוקה לו עבור חופשה. החל ממוצרי טואלטיקה, מכונת כביסה, מייבש, מגהץ, פן ועוד ועוד. הדירה היתה נקיה ומסודרת. בעלי הדירה היו מאוד זמינים לכל דבר, ענו במהירות למייל או לנייד, וכשהחלה תקלה עם המים החמים, שלחו במיידי שרברב שתיקן את הבעיה. תהליך הצ׳ק אין וצ׳ק אאוט היה קלים העדר מזגן בשבוע בו היה חם במיוחד הקשה עלינו, היו מאווררים אך זה לא הספיק למי שרגיל למזגנים כמונו. בנוסף, המיקום של הדירה מצוין בהיבט של קרבה למטרו- כמה דקות הליכה ולסופר מרקט שצמוד לדירה, אך היתה תחושה שהשכונה עצמה קצת מלחיצה מבחינת האוכלוסיה שנמצאת בה.

• Lone (9/5): Spacious, clean and great location. - Lovely house, spacious, very clean, fully equiped kitchen, easy arrival and departure, excellent service and communication during the entire booking process, quiet street, great location for transport, shopping, etc. We would definately come back. Some of the storage furniture in bedrooms quite worn, shower head in one of the bathrooms doesn't work right, but no major dislikes

Just need the blind fixing in the top bedroom and chair to the dressing table. The electrics need looking at as something kept tripping it . Think it was the fan on the shower or kettle .

• Zura (10/5): Exceptional - We really loved this place, it was clean and cozy. The underground station is nearby and you are in the center in 20-25 minutes. My recommendation to this apartment 👍🏻 Well the check out is at 10a.m and we had to go to the airport at 2p.m I asked if we were able to leave luggage after our check out and we would take it at 2p.m but unfortunately they said no.

Poor service from the property and I was miss sold athe property. Picture's attached showing evidence of providing a hot tub
