• Angela (9/5): Top Lage! - Lage ist super! Aufteilung der Wohnung ist ideal auch für eine Gruppe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Badezimmer. Es war sehr dunkel in der Wohnung, vor allem in der Früh.

• Massimo (8/5): - The apartment is located in a very good area, it's a few minute walk to the Sagrada Familia, the public transport is accessible and there are many restaurants and shops around the area. The staff is very friendly and responsive as well. There was limited space for hanging the towels in the bathroom especially for 5 people.

• Karen (9/5): Great for family of 5 sightseeing in Barcelona! - Great location. Clean. Crisp linen. Air conditioning. A little dark but ok as only temporary stay. Shampoo and conditioner supplied of poor quality; bring your own would be my advice. Fridge door should be repositioned as awkward to open against wall and fridge moves with you!

• Carlos (7/5): Good place to stay due to its amazing location - - The location is exceptional, near Sagrada Familia with many supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stations nearby. - The Check-in agent was very polite and attentive even after handing over the keys, she was proactively asking if everything was okay and helped us on a hot water-situation topic with a 3rd party company. - Apartment was overall very clean, specially the beds - Hot water issue, is a must that the host address this situation accordingly, in short, based on our experience: if you want to take a hot shower, then you need to make sure that no one else turns on any other water-based appliance because the gas heater is not strong enough to provide sustained hot water with the right amount of shower pressure, we had some unpleasant experience unfortunately at the beginning with sudden splashes of very cold water, later on we had to sort this out with the help of a 3rd party, they very helpful though trying to sort this out. --> Message for hosts: You need to fix this ASAP, specially during winter season where people need reliable hot water to take showers - The apartment is good enough with a nice touch of refurbishment but the Sofa and TV could get an upgrade. - Despite Barcelona being a very expensive city to rent, we still believe that the price was higher than what I expected overall for the value.

• Dimitrijevic (3/5): Poor - Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Sagrada Família and metro station the only good side of this accommodation is the location, 3 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia clean but no daylight, the windows look at the walls and windows of another building, so the subjective feeling is like you are in the basement. One very important thing about this accommodation is that if you forget something in the accommodation, you won't get it back, even more so you will be convinced that you didn't even bring it to the accommodation, so before you leave, be sure to look at everything and check whether you have taken everything because otherwise you won't get it back. all in all, the location of the accommodation is commendable, but nothing else, there are much better accommodations for the same price
• Dandy (9/5): Very relaxing and comfortable. - The location was great! The apartment was as described and clean. Nothing that could be helped, but would have loved seeing the actual outdoors - not another wall.....
• Sherif (9/5): I would rent it again. - The Location is great, area full of restaurants and bars without being noisy. The building was nice, the apartment was clean, we were a family of three adults and two children and the apartment size was perfect for us. The hot water flow in the showers was a bit inconsistent. You'd be showering and suddenly the water would go cold for a minute and then goes back to being hot. But we were there in the summer so it wasn't really a big dead.
