Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancellation policy.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Nicolò (2/5): Inaccettabile - La casa presentava molti danni che non erano stati indicati, una volta segnalati i problemi sono stati impiegati diversi giorni per sistemarli e neanche del tutto. La piscina era sporchissima tanto da rendere impossibile effettuare il bagno per via del odore fortissimo di fognatura. Inoltre la casa viene segnata con 9 posti letto, ma i letti sono solo stati aggiunti la casa non è realmente predisposta per ospitare questo numero di persone.
Habib (6/5): Pleasant - Location is pretty good, nice apartment layout although it needs an urgent renovation I arrived to the place without instructions to get into it despite I did the check-in process a few days before arrival, I had to call several times to get the access code. There was a heavy water lick which I announced upon arrival and nothing was done about it. Tried to contact the agency during the weekend but they only work Monday-Friday.
