• Jeremy (4/5): Très déçu - A assez bonne de l'hypercentre, propre, cuisine bien équipée Porte de douche cassée, pas d'eau chaude, mauvais code d'entrée donné par mail, porte d'entrée du bâtiment et du logement un peu difficiles, métro aérien qui passe à proximité (bruit), salle de bain minuscule, voisins bruyants dans l'escalier. Les avis positifs observés sur le site (dont note moyenne à plus de 8/10) lors de la réservation ont disparu deux mois après

• Jacopo (4/5): If you want a dodgy weekend - To be honest only the pictures. The entrance and the building are pretty dodgy. The kitchen but actually all of it, it pretty dirty, I found the door of the shower broken, I was worried that during the shower the glass was collapsing on me. The bed also broken, i sit at the end of the bed, and I found myself on the floor. And nobody came to fix anything.

• Massimiliamo (6/5): Posizione buona struttura no - La posizione vicino metro ottima, quartiere servito, wi-fi veloce e ventilatore per il caldo. Le finestre non si potevano aprire perché davano su luoghi da cui potevano entrare insetti o qualsiasi tipo di animale e quindi c'era caldo e poco ricambio d'aria. Scale e ingresso sporchi e con ragni e altri insetti anche sull'uscio della porta, studio senza armadi, comodini o scaffali (non c'era lo spazios perché occupato dalle valigie che non si potevano mettere da nessun'altra parte), un solo paio di asciugamani e un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 8 giorni.

• joanne (7/5): Clean and compact, if you're looking for a bed for overnight. - The location near to Seven Sisters underground station was great, only a short walk off the main road. The studio was clean and the bed comfy. During this warm weather, it was great there was an electric fan too. The host, Eduardo, was accessible by messenger and phone to assist with checking in. The studio is very small and contained, but it was fine for an overnight stay when we only needed somewhere to sleep. The previous comments regarding the street entrance door not being locked at all times was our experience too. This did make the building feel less secure (not the hosts fault though). In the studio, the shower door is still broken, so I worried about making the bathroom floor wet, but managed, the bedside shelves also still not secure. The kitchen and bathroom has the bare minimum of bits and pieces to get by. I was disappointed that there were no teabags! No toaster either, which would have been useful for breakfast.
• Jill (5/5): Okay - The host was pleasant and allowed us to check in a little earlier when requested without issue which we appreciated. The location was good for our trip. Front entrance to flats was never shut meaning anybody could walk in. Flat is located on a main busy road. Cleanliness standard of property could’ve been better. Shower door broken. Footing shelf’s at side of bed unusable as not secured to wall properly.

• Una (7/5): Good - Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, shampoo & shower gel in bathroom. Very good underground connection nearby Good value for money In bathroom no shelf or hangers where to put towels. Quite load at night due to the train and bad noise isolation in the whole building. Street where the apartment is located felt not so safe. A bit further on the main street it felt much better.
• Sonny (4/5): Fine for the location, but little else - Location is good and very near seven sisters station. Bed was comfy (when made) and the room facilities were ok. When I first got into the room aroun 6pm, the bed wasn't made and the towels were on the floor thus wasn't prepared for my arrival. It was like it wasnt made up from the last guest. I went out for the evening and came back to find the bed was made and fresh towels were on the bed. That was great, but should've been done before I got there and I didn't like the fact someone was in my room with my things without my knowledge. Key code given via email was wrong and I had to call the host for the correct number after several failed attempts to get the key out the box. Train noise didn't bother me, but you can hear it when it passes.
