Удобные матрасы, горячая вода быстро нагревается. Квартира очень просторная. WiFi работал хорошо. Хозяин реагирует очень быстро на просьбы. В целом это был замечательный комфортный отпуск и квартира прекрасно подошла чтобы хорошо выспаться и восстановить силы.

• Anatolii (10/5): - Thanks to the owner for the well-spent time in these apartments. This apartment left a very pleasant impression 10/10. The apartment is spacious, stylish, clean, there are 3 air conditioners in the apartment, the largest and most powerful in the living room, windows and doors with metal automatic blinds, which looks very high-tech. 2 large balconies with a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary except a kettle, but that's a minor detail. The shower works properly, hot water came from the boiler, you need to turn it on beforehand. We had a great 12 days in this wonderful apartment and I recommend everyone to stay here for at least 5 days to experience the authentic atmosphere of Athens. The apartment was clean, tidy, clean towels and linen were available, the washing machine works, what more could you want. Coffee with sweets as a nice bonus. We wish the owner prosperity and to continue in the same direction! Спасибо владельцу за хорошо проведенное время в этих апартаментах. Эта квартира оставила очень приятные впечатления 10/10. Квартира просторная, стильная, чистая, в квартире 3 кондиционера, в гостиной самый большой и мощный, окна и двери с металлическими автоматическими жалюзями, что очень технически выглядит. 2 больших балкона с красивым видом на Акрополь. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым кроме чайника, но это мелочь. Душ работает исправно, горячая вода была от бойлера, нужно предварительно включить его. Мы хорошо провели 12 дней в этой прекрасной квартире и всем рекомендую остановиться здесь хотя бы на 5 дней, чтобы почувствовать аутентичную атмосферу Афин. Квартира была чистая, убрана, чистые полотенца и белье были налицо, стиралка работает, чего еще желать. Кофе с конфетами как приятный бонус. Владельцу желаем процветания и двигаться в том же направлении!ю

• Jose (3/5): Sentimos que solo interesa cobrar pero no cuidar nuestra mínima. - La ubicación El cobro extra de 50 € por dejar las maletas antes de checkin. Por no tener completas las camas con frazadas. Y no tener internet para comunicarse ni facilitar correctamente el número de WhatsApp y no respondía los mensajes por Whatsapp. Después nos envío mensaje indicando que cobraría 10 € extra por hora de guardar maletas después de 10.30 am No cobraban con traductores al español para entendernos Que pena realmente. Pasamos frio en las camas camarote y ni como comunicarse por falta de wifi en departamento.Aumentamos 2 huéspedes más. Su capacidad maxima decía. Y no 7 como dice el administrador. Miente. Pues es imposible colocar alguien más Y por cada uno cobro 20 € osea extra cobro 90 € sin frazadas No volvería.

• Florian (7/5): - Modern eingerichtet und zentral gelegen. Die Matratzen vom Doppelstockbett müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Man merkt jede einzelne Feder. Außerdem hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert.
• Patricia (2/5): Suciedad general y chinches - La ducha es buena al igual que el horno y la nevera. Está cerca de muchos de los lugares turísticos más importantes. Está infestado de chinches, el ruido de la carretera es infernal, los colchones están cubiertos de plástico, las camas no estaban hechas, una de las sábanas estaba sucia, los instrumentos de cocina estaban viejos y sucios (inservible), la puerta del baño está rota y la alfombra también estaba muy sucia.

• Ludovic (4/5): Logement à fuir - L'appartement était spacieux, moderne L'accueil a été inexistant, information sur le code de la boîte et sa localisation envoyée alors que nous étions déjà sur place et que nous n'avions pas moyen de rentrer. L'hôte ne répondait pas à nos messages ni appels téléphoniques. Seulement 24h après il nous a demandé si nous étions bien rentrés dans le logement... nous aurions pu passer la nuit dehors c'était pareil. Equipement très limité, pas de petite casserole seulement un grand faitout, les poêles totalement inutilisables tellement abimées, pas de bouilloire comme indiquée dans l'annonce. Vaisselle, four, four micro ondes, frigo sales. Le volet côté salon qui ne s'ouvre pas, porte fenêtre de la grande chambre qui ne se ferme pas, donc beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Le seul message que nous avons eu de l'hôte nous indique que tout dépassement d'horaire sera facturé....sans aucune marque de politesse. Et pour couronner le tout, les 2 chambres sont blindées de punaises de lit. Problèmes déjà mentionné en septembre par d'autres voyageurs, le nécessaire n'a certainement pas été fait. Quand nous avons soulevé le matelas en dessous rien n'avait été nettoyé. Ce logement ne devrait plus être à la location tant que le problème n'est pas résolu. Et évidemment pas de nouvelles de l'hôte. C'est la première fois que nous mettons des avis négatifs à quelqu'un. C'est dommage car ce logement a un super potentiel, mais il n'est pas entretenu.

• yaniv (1/5): Terrible place, terrible host - The location and nothing else!!!! The worst apartment for families during all our travels, and they were extensive. The place should not be offered on any website, not just Booking. This was by far our worst family stay ever, and we travel a lot! Don't book the place! I will list the issues: 1. We came, and the internet was not working and was not restored during our stay. The host basically ignored this aspect altogether. 2. The apartment is really poorly maintained, with fractured doors, disconnected hinges, and dirt. The AC was barely working. I sent pictures of that to the host, and he basically ignored it. 3. The washing machine was not connected well to the water, the dishwasher is not working, and there was no hot water kettle, which is the most basic thing. I never encountered a place without a kettle, electric, or stovetop. 4. The worst part is that the apartment has BED BUGS, and I suspect that the host knew about it! My son got bitten all over, body and face, and we found them in his mattress. We took pictures of them and sent them to the host, and although he saw them, he basically ignored them and cut off whatever limited communication he was providing. He completely ignored all our WhatsApps. On the second night, our son slept in our bed. When we arrived at our house, we washed everything before entering to prevent bringing bed bugs into our home. I have attached the pictures we took and sent them to the host, but I am unable to upload the movies. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
• Tatjana Prusac (1/5): - Nothing was good. We were a group of friends, and I made the booking for all of us. I travel often and use Booking regularly, and never before have I had to leave such a negative review. Usually, I check everything carefully, so I was very surprised to see this accommodation rated 7.5, with no mention of the issues we experienced. We stayed here for just one night, booking last minute for an extra night in Athens. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we returned late from the city, we first noticed a bed bug on a towel. At first, we hoped it had come with the fresh towels, but upon checking the bedrooms more closely, we found them throughout the bed frames in both rooms. The host was unresponsive and unhelpful, only offering another apartment far outside the city, which we did not accept. As a result, we had no choice but to stay in the kitchen until our early morning flight. Additionally, we found cockroaches in the bathroom, a broken toilet button, stained sheets and towels, dirty surfaces, and several non-functioning appliances (including the coffee machine and dishwasher), dirty and used kitchen sponge and towels. We would strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation if you want a clean, safe, and comfortable stay in Athens.

• Michela (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda perché vicina alla metro e in centro ad Atene, dall'aeroporto è stato super facile raggiungerla con la metro. Dall'appartamento all'Acropoli davvero cinque minuti a piedi. Consigliabile per chi vuole visitare Atene Il tubo della doccia era rotto e non siamo riusciti a lavarci la prima sera, ma il giorno seguente, dopo avere segnalato il problema, in serata è arrivato un tecnico e ha sostituito il tubo.

• Lakshman (1/5): False advertising and poor management ruined my experience 😕. Very pathetic 😞 - I regret booking Aiolos Apartment in Athens. The experience was nothing short of disappointing. The condition of the apartment was very poor and pathetic 😔. The toilets were unclean and to make matters worse, the bathroom lacked a proper shower holder—a basic necessity that was shockingly missing. Additionally, the bathroom door lock was not working, making it impossible to close the door properly, which was highly inconvenient. The advertisement for the apartment claimed that it included a dishwasher, induction stove, and microwave oven. However, upon arrival, I discovered that these were just false promises. There was a note stuck to the dishwasher stating it was not working. The induction stove had been turned off and was non-functional, and the oven was also completely unusable. When I tried contacting the owner to address these issues, there was no response. This irresponsible behavior from the owner added to the frustration of an already terrible stay. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. My experience here was deeply disappointing and frustrating.

• Gefen (7/5): Good - Great location, big apartment The shower is a big issue - the water is not draining well and causing a constant flood - there for soap remains on the floor and makes it extremely sleepery. The shower mat is full of water and dirt from those floods, and it seems like it has never been cleaned. Some of the sheets had stains, and we were missing 2 blankets. Also, you can hear the road loudly. The owner didn't respond when we asked to fix the shower so we can actually go in.
• Ramy (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great. The dental kit was a nice touch. The apartment was very dirty, the shower flooded, and the showerhead is broken. The kettle and coffee machine were moldy. There was no big towels.

The cleaning, the bathroom looked dirty like if it had fungus on it, there still where hair of the other guests on the floor and there was a coffee cup with a lot of fungus inside it.

• Dina (7/5): Great location and very comfortable for a family. - Location is perfect. House is very comfortable with everything being a walking distance. Washing machine and soap available and easy to use. 24 hour mini market downstairs so it was ideal. My kids loved it. Internet was not that strong. Bedroom AC was weaker than living room AC, so I had to keep the bedroom door open. No kettle, but coffee machines are available. The side balcony and clothes line were filthy, so I had to hang washed clothes inside the house instead of in the sun. Minimal improvements to be made but can go a long way to make it a perfect stay.
