Vou direito ao ponto. Precisa reformar o banheiro. Quando você toma banho vira uma piscina. A ducha do vazo também vaza o banheiro fica tão inundado que vai para os quartos. Outro fato péssimo dessa vez foi o sofá. Colocaram algo que eles chamam de sofá la, mas não era um só era uma coisa amorfa ridicula e sem nenhum conforto. Estragou boa parte da minha estadia la.

Insisti por ser justo e ficaram de fazer somente dos dias restantes mas que o primeiro dia não fariam, sendo que eu ajudei dando feedback a ele quanto ao desserviço da equipe de limpeza . Eme mencionou que a aparência da roupa de cama (enviei fotos como evidência) era aquela mesma pois eram lavadas no próprio condôminio e não eram passadas , mas o hóspede não é obrigado a entender isso e confiar q foram lavadas sendo q a aparecia na de que não haviam sido .

• Ana (7/5): Bom custo beneficio, localizacao otima. - A localizaçao é nobre, tem cozinha completa, amplo, estacionamento privativo gratuito, facil checkin e checkout, portaria 24hs. Tem uma obra ao lado que tira a privacidade e tem barulho. O apto tinha um cheiro de perfume que me incomodou um pouco.

• Daniel (1/5): Arrependimento - O quarto não tem isolamento acústico, com as janelas o barulho da rua no 18 andar era horrível. Ruim pra dormir, ruim pra trabalhar. Atrás do painel do apartamento pode-se ver que a parede esta toda mofada e com infiltração. Por isso o apartamento tinha um cheiro estranho quando chegamos. As toalhas são de péssima qualidade, quase um papel.

• Vitor Ken (10/5): I would definitely come back. - The room is beautiful and looks just like the picture. The noise from the avenue did not bother me at all, especially with the AC on. There was a water filter so I didn't even need to go out to buy water, which is usually a hassle when I stay in private apartments. Location was great, close to many restaurants and bars. The only thing is that the bathroom door wasn't fully closing, but I suppose they might fix it soon. I was alone, so that wasn't a problem, but if you are sharing the space, it might give you less privacy.

We booked the flat for three nights but we left after the first one. Would definitely not recommend it. Still waiting for the promised reimbursement.
• Louisa (3/5): Poor - This apartment is in a well connected part of São Paulo. Questions were answered quickly. The apartment wasn't clean when we entered, and by city views it means a view of Santo Amaro Avenue, a building site, and a shop with big LEDs. It wasn't suitable to work from (no steady surfaces to put a laptop on), and wasn't suitable to really cook from either ( I couldn't reach the microwave). As such, it was expensive for what it offered.

The bed is comfortable and the shower is good The place is generally dirty, the walls are dirty and the sofa should be a white colour but now it looks yellow/brown from old stains. The entire place needs to be properly cleaned. Also, it is not next to Ibirapuera Park, it is about 500 meters away
