• Lindsay (9/5): Great location in Gracia - It's a great place to stay for a family. Kitchen has everything you need. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good communication from hosts throughout. There was some confusion with checking in, but the hosts gave us an extended checkout time to make up for it, which was very appreciated.

• Nicolas (7/5): Bon séjour dans un chouette quartier avec quelques points d’amélioration - Bonne localisation, bonne taille d’appartement pour une famille avec 2 enfants, lit de bébé et chaise haute achetés par le propriétaire spécialement pour nous, bonne literie, wifi, accueil agréable Odeur dans la grande chambre et dans les toilettes, manque quelques ustensiles (poêles, aspirateur, peu de couverts), au 3eme étage sans ascenseur (difficile pour la poussette)

• Mora Woods (10/5): A perfect family getaway to experience local Barcelona life! - The location and neighborhood cannot be beat for a stay in Barcelona! We loved everything about this apartment. It was plenty of space for our family of 3, and perfectly clean with everything we needed. The balcony is magical! The beds were so so so comfortable! Walking to the square around the corner was so nice and being so close to many of the Gaudi attractions was amazing. Everything was so convenient. We loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood and neighbors were. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. Can’t think of anything negative. It truly was perfect for our needs.

Amazing square with restaurants and bars just behind the apartment. Felt like a little home away from home in a bustling city
• Magda (8/5): Fantastisch! - Zeer smaakvol ingericht ! Heel leuke buurt! Te weinig toiletpapier. De kraan van de wastafel zou vervangen moeten worden. De eettafel en stoelen zijn zeer mooi, maar wat onstabiel. Dit zijn opmerkingen, geen kritiek. Het is een zeer aangenaam appartement.
• Peter (10/5): - We were very satisfied with the accommodation; the instructions were clear. We really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in since we arrived in Barcelona in the morning. The apartment has a good location, and although it shows some signs of wear, we felt very comfortable there. The terrace is perfect for relaxing in the evening — top!
• Eli Urshanski (9/5): - Great location in Garcia, 10 minutes working distance from Metro station "Diagonal". Lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. Very friendly and responsive manager Patrick, who has met us at 22:30 on the spot and helped to carry the suitcases to the 3-d floor. The apartment is spacious and clean, but without special decor. Large balcony facing the street. Need to lift the luggage to the third floor by manually carrying, since neibours are sensitive to the noise. No elevator in the building. Need to take out the trash by yourself at the end of the stay and it could be challenging, when you need to bring down three suitcases one-by-one from the 3-d floor and to make extra visit to the apartment in order to take out the garbage.

• ChinYing (8/5): - The location is good. Nice and cozy in apt. No AC in the living room. A little bit too warm for staying in living room and have dinner or breakfast. The handle in bedroom with two single beds keep falling apart. Need to take bin out before leaving.
• Yali (10/5): A great place with excellent value in Barcelona - The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the bus stop and 10 minutes to Casa Milà. Lots of cafés and nice restaurants nearby. Clean, comfy bedrooms with AC, fresh bed linens and towels, a study room, and a fully equipped kitchen were provided. The bedroom doors don’t have locks, but it wasn’t an issue.
• Michał (10/5): Great base for visiting major tourist attractions in Barcelona. - Great localization: walkable distance to major tourist places but in a more quiet residential area.
• Garrean (7/5): Good location, short on amenities, unfriendly neighbors - Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. The location is very convenient. This apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We felt the neighbors were not tourist friendly. One of them rang our doorbell at 7am to wake us up as a prank. The doorbell from the bottom entry sounded like a fire alarm so we were all concerned there was a fire nearby until we realized this prank. It made us feel uneasy to stay here. The bathroom has a shower and one sink. The shower is extremely small. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper given. There were no other amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. There was a small coffee maker. Again, no pods provided. A bottle of water was provided though. Of note, our flight arrived in Barcelona late so we were charged a late 30 euro fee. This may be listed in the listing but we did miss this detail.

• Toreurope (10/5): Spacious apartment in fantastic location - Fantastic and charming location in Gracia, with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars close by. Easy walking distance to metro. Very friendly and responsive management of the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and very clean, with a large balcony facing the street. Well insulated and only little noise from the street when windows are closed. Everything was great.
• Negli (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has an excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and good cafes in the area. The apartment is clean, quiet, and the owner is very nice :) I definitely recommend visiting.

Warmly recommend it and would come back again. - Superb location, just minutes away from cafes, shops, transportation and the main streets of Gracia and tourist attractions. Cozy, comfortable and clean apartment, with a very nice patio to enjoy the morning coffee or a night cap while taking in the vibrant Barcelona atmosphere. Friendly, helpful hosts. The bathroom and adjacent bedroom have a bit of a stale/sewage smell that doesn’t go away. It wasn’t such a big deal as we did not spend a lot of time inside, but it can be a bit unpleasant when you enter.
