- Carol (10/5): This is the perfect place to stay in zMilan. It is close to the Duomo and the neighborhood has everything—bars, restaura - The apartment was very well designed for comfort. The bed was very comfortable; kitchen was very well equipped; the bathroom was very clean and the closet was fabulous with enough coat hangers for the clothes of two people. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions asked by WhatsApp. Incredible personal service! 10+⭐️ The hallway was a little noisy. The other guests (coming and going at night) were a little noisy.

- Dominique (9/5): Great! - The location was fabulous (5-8 min walk from the Duomo) and the apartment had everything we needed. The front desk was also very kind and helped me to organise a taxi to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. The apartment was clean and well-planned. Sweett (the hosts) were easy to contact. The shower flooded a bit but that was not a major issue. Some of the neighbours were loud when they came home but that is apartment living!

- Светла (9/5): - The location is great! The appartment is spacious,modern and convenient. We were accomodated one hour earlier, which we appreciate. The bed is too small for two people. There is enough space for bigger bed. For one person is ok, but for two is small. We spent the 17th birthday of our daugther there. I asked them to make a small reference for this special occasion and leave a greeting card in the room. I suggested to pay them. They refused with the excuse that this is not included in their service. I personally spet my birthdys many times abroad and every time there was some surprise , greeting card, small cake and even flowers. Without asking them. Tis is something really very small but very special to show a personnal attitude and make his day better. Recommend them to be more personally concerned!

Pokoje nowocześnie urządzone, a duża garderoba to świetny pomysł, wreszcie można było rozłożyć ciuchy i bagaże. Bardzo dobry kontakt mailowy, zrozumiała instrukcja i kod zamiast klucza. Okolica cicha ,spokojna, 5 min. do centrum, obok podziemny parking, niedaleko do stacji metra. Wszystko tak jak powinno być.

- Stefaniia (1/5): Stay away — deceptive practices and hidden charges! - This place operates with unethical tactics to take advantage of guests. We booked through Booking.com, but upon arrival, they insisted we pay the city tax via their own system—not through Booking—which seemed reasonable at first. However, they then requested our credit card information and claimed they were placing a €300 deposit “just in case,” with no explanation or transparency on what it covered. This charge was done directly through their own system, outside of Booking.com, which raises serious concerns about data security. The condition of the apartment was also unacceptable. The bathroom had a major plumbing issue — water was leaking constantly, making it impossible to shower properly. We documented the issue with a video and reported it, but their only response was to ask for more money: €15 for an extra towel or even toilet paper. No solution, just constant requests for additional payments. Despite cleaning the apartment meticulously before checking out, we were charged €70 without notice. When we asked why, they claimed we had broken a lamp — which was completely false. It’s clear this is a scheme: keep the deposit, invent damages, and charge guests with no accountability. This was not hospitality. It was a setup to extract money at every step. Do not trust them. Book elsewhere.

- Jodie (10/5): we reallt enjoyed our stay in this appartment, we have nothing to fault , it was clean well equipped and would recommend - i liked all the included facilities such as a dishwasher, fully furnished kitchen aswell as cleaning products to clean after ourselves we also enjoyed the technical locking door l, we are all girls and it made us feel a lot safer in the property we wasn’t provided a duvet for the pull out bed and only given 2 towels when there was 3 of use however we overcame this and it didn’t effect our stay we was awoken at 5am from construction work in the hallway and this was rather annoying

The beds were very comfortable (including the fold out bed in the living room) and the beautiful rainfall shower added to the comfort. The apartment is a short walk from Duomo, shopping and lots of great restaurants. Thankfully we discovered that our luggage could be stored at the SweetInn office at the end of the street (rather than the front desk of the apartment building) as our departure wasn't until late afternoon after check-out. We enjoyed the property so much that we already booked a stay at new SweetInn in Paris. At the time we visited there was a lot of construction and noise from the construction site which could be heard inside the apartment and was a bit loud during the day.

- Harrow (7/5): Clean spacious apartment right in the centre of Milan - Clean, modern property with good storage space and an amazing location -so close to Duomo and the metro! Has everything you need they put water in the fridge which was a nice touch and has useful amenities. Very good value for money and was easy to find. Getting up to the room the outside is still undergoing work and the walls and windows let a lot of noise in. Construction work going on outside at 7am but the complex has no control over this but they do have control over work going on inside of the building and there was work right outside of our apartment door at 7:30am. But a lady contacted me after my concern and brought ear plugs to the room which was kind.
