• Alfie (10/5): A fantastic stay with amazing views and a perfect location—highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. - The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of KLCC with a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings that made the stay very comfortable. I especially loved the infinity pool and the overall ambiance of the building. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear and efficient just a bit of delay. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including malls, restaurants, and convenience stores. There were slight delays with the lift.

I didn’t like that the toilet water wasn’t working, the TV couldn’t be turned on, and the fan was not functioning. It made the stay less comfortable than expected.

• luckckh (1/5): Bad experience 3D2N stay, please stay away from them - Location near to KLCC Very bad experience with the way the staff handle me, no response at all or take long time to respond. The staff look like a foreigner and not understand what you request. The check in process is confused, no proper instructions given. Parking is not free given as stated in ads. listing, instead the staff ask to pay by own. The room is terrible, got strong smoking smell, the toilet also very dirty and full of unpresent smell. The bed is too hard, and pillow too soft. The towels given also look old and yellowish in colour. The iron is rusty , my clothes is spoiled after used. Overall stay experience is very bad, avoid this if you have better option and stay away from them.

La pulizia e il cambio asciugamani viene fatta a giorni alterni. Noi abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulito . La consegna delle chiavi avviene nella hall chiamando un numero di cellulare. Ascensori veloci e piscina al pianterreno carina, quella al 55 piano spettacolare, con vista magnifica sulle Petronas. Colonnina dell'acqua filtrata al secondo piano. Contatto locale presente e gentile. Nel complesso personalmente noi lo consigliamo. Piscina al 55 piano con molti bambini.

No nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el edificio después del check out porque nuestro vuelo era por la noche. • Nikolay (1/5): The host set us up - The host unexpectedly contacted us just one day before our arrival and asked us to cancel the apartment booking ourselves, citing "technical reasons." We refused to cancel on our end. Then the host suddenly changed their tone and wrote that everything was fine and we would be welcomed as planned. However, on the very day of our check-in, they messaged us again to say they could not accommodate us after all. We had an overnight flight, and we simply didn't have enough time to find alternative accommodation on such short notice. As a result, we were forced to spend the night at the airport, sleeping on benches. Elderly people were traveling with us, and it was very difficult for them to sleep in those conditions. Our vacation was ruined! It feels like the host could have cancelled the booking themselves in advance but chose not to do so precisely because we refused to cancel voluntarily. It is very disappointing that the host treated us this way. Next time, think twice before agreeing to book this accommodation — especially if you are arriving late at night.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, la taille de l'appartement et la vue le wifi dispo partout La qualité et le bruit de la clim, les lits un peu durs, histoire de goût, l'absence de petit dej sauf au pampa restaurant mais pas très glamour. Une seule Key room par appartement, appartement mériterait une touche de rénovation.

• Melissa (8/5): Appartamento ottimo, peccato per i bambini in piscina - Bell’appartamento in zona centrale, fornito di lavatrice e 1 bagno in comune fra le 2 stanze. Buona vista. Personale gentile. C’erano delle formiche nell’appartamento. L’appartamento bello peccato per la struttura o meglio le regole della struttura per quanto riguarda la piscina. Si ha accesso a 3 piscine (2 rooftop e una bellissima nel mezzo degli edifici). Il problema? Sembrano parchi acquatici per bambini, non esiste relax perché ci sono i bambini urlando, schizzando e giocando in tutte le piscine senza nessun adulto che li fermi. Le piscine hanno gli idromassaggi e i bambini ci sono mettono dentro nonostante Sila prenotazione dicano che c’è una piscina sólo adulti.

• Tausch (9/5): Netjes! - Het was erg luxe en een gaaf uitzicht vanaf verdieping 88. Ook was de service van de verhuurder super! Doordat we op verdieping 56 zaten, hadden we lange wachttijden bij de lift. Maar het uitzicht wat ervoor terugkregen was super!

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment but we re given 2 x 2 bedroom apartments without prior notice. Luckily our children are older. This would be a big problem with small children.

The facilities are good for staycation and relaxation. Nothing much except the TV needs to be fixed 2 times. 😅

• Sonia (8/5): Excepciomal - Ubicación, las dos piscinas, el apartamento, el confort, la limpieza. La seguridad de las Torres. El apartamento es excepcional, grande, confortable, muy bonito, limpio. Tiene dos piscinas, gimnasio, bares, supermercado. Esta muy bien en conjunto. Si vas a Kuala Lumpur, 100% recomendable dormir alli. Por poner una pega, la piscina infinity del último piso, delante de las Petronas, genial piscina, pero, debería ser para mayores de una cierta edad. No es muy grande, pero es perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de las vistas, con hamacas y mesas en su interior. Pero vienen muchos niños que se tiran a la piscina, que gritan, que hacen bonbas y rompen el encanto de esa piscina y no estan por las vistas. Para ello, que vayan a la piscina de la planta 6, una piscina enorme, con jacuzzis y muchisimo espacio para jugar y saltar. Eso es lo que mejoraría yo después de mi estancia allí. Tuvimos un pequeño disgusto al llegar. Llegábamos del aetopuerto tarde, hacia las 0.40 de la noche. Y al llegar, el chico que nos tenía que dar la llave, nos dixe que nuestro apartamento, no está disponible, y que al día siguinete, a lo largo del día….nos lo dará. Apartamento reservado desde junio y esto era finales de agosto. Hablando con él por whatsapp toda esa misma tarde, y no decirnos ni mú. Que nos daba un apartameto para esa noche, y al dia siguiente, cambio. Nos pareció muy mal, a esas horas de la noche, que nos viniera con esas, después de meses de tener confirmada la reserva de 3 noches en un apartamento para 4, con dos suites. Nos molesto y nos dejó en el primer apartamento los 3 días al mismo precio… sin saber si era más barsto que el nuestro o no… nos dio igual… queriamos descansar y no estar rl promer dis de visita en Kuala Lumpur, pendientes de cambio de apartamento… además, a esas horas no teniamos ganas de discutir. Y para colmo, el último día, nos dijeron los guardias, que había consigna para guardar maletas, pero que debiamos hablar con nuestro agente. Al preguntarle, nos dijo que no se podía… mal recibimiento y mala despedida por su parte. Eso si que el dueño debería cuidarlo, porque el que da la cara por el, es un impresentable

Y sobre todo la relación calidad precio No funcionaban las tarjetas de los ascensores y eso hizo que perdiéramos mucho tiempo. Tardaron dos días en dar solución. No hicieron las camas ni cambiaron toallas más que un día de cuatro. No dejaron suficiente papel higiénico ni gel.

• Rachele (8/5): Ottimo - L’appartamento è meraviglioso, ottima la posizione e la vista dalla piscina all’ultimo piano è impagabile. Riforniscono giornalmente acqua e in generale lo consiglio molto. Acqua fredda dal secondo giorno, le aree della piscina spesso piene di bambini molto rumorosi

• Vanesa (6/5): Not very professional - Location and views The location is very good but the apartment inside to be good was not very clean or well maintained. The night before traveling to Kuala Lumpur the gentleman wrote to me to tell me that there was no availability of the room I had booked 3 months before, he told me that he gave us another and I asked him on several occasions what differences there were and in the end the only thing he knew how to tell me was to cancel. It was super unpleasant all that time. Surely someone had rented it at a higher price and that's why he took it away from us... I didn't cancel it because it was 12am that same day. In the end when we arrived he told us "that he was doing us a favor" that he gave us a junior suite that was just what we had booked! Anyway, everything is super unprofessional
